I purchased a new home in Yucca Valley and California Premier Solar Construction put the roof and the solar panels. However the service was done by Sun Power Co.
Sun Power put an app in my phone to control the use of my electric use. Lately last 2 months I received mail letting me know that Sun Power filed BK and not longer will be able to provide service.
Now I know why my app doesn't work.
California Premier has not let me know about this issue.
Calling California Premier Solar Construction is a hassle, they never answer the phone.

California Premiere Solar installed solar on our roof almost 6 months ago. Their installer stepped on the wrong pipes in our attic, which flooded & created intense damage throughout the majority of our house. It has been a nightmare for me and my family. Limited follow up from the company.

We contracted with Cal Premier several years ago when they were installing bipv panels that replaced your roofing material. After a few years production reduced and I called for an assessment of my system. The supervisor tested my system and indicated that many of my panels had failed. I then communicated with management who informed me that I should contact bipv. They were aware that the bipv manufacturer had gone out of business and replacement panels were no longer available. There was no offer to retrofit newer panels or to waive labor on a newer system. Since then, in spite of living in sunny Ramona, production is now negligible.

Knowledgeable and honest.

Many solar players out there are fly-by-night guys, slapping up solar panels. I have heard many horror stories of ineffective panels after a couple of years and roof leaks. We have an expensive house and wanted someone who knew what they were doing. CPS is also a ROOFING company! Duh! thats kinda helpful when installing on a tile roof. Price was very competitive especially given their SunPower panels.

Couldn't be happier with the service, from chad the CEO on down. They dealt with our prickly HOA, and Allie was masterful at handling all the scheduling and paperwork.

We received a few bids and California Premier Solar was the best team at the most reasonable price. I imagine if I searched further I'd find somebody cheaper, but no body, IMO, who could do a better job on solar and roof. We had a 40 year old roof, and plenty of termites. The roof could have been reused but we wanted to spend the 3 to 4K extra for new concrete tiles and better ones and better looking at that.

We did our research on panels and found SunPower which Premier used as the best. We are not disappointed. Not only do they work great, they have a 25 year warranty. No one else does, as far as I know. Sunpower also offered a rebate of $1500! From the beginning when I met the team I felt they had integrity and caring for their customer, my wife and I. They worked with me on a couple requests when many businesses wouldn't want to spend the time, or money or effort. I notice this site only awards 5 stars, but this team is an Olympic 10. Only the best.

Excellent communication throughout the whole process put us at ease. After 4 bids, and some conflicting information, we felt most comfortable with the team at Cal Premier Solar. Be ready, when they say ""we'll be there at 7:45 am to start the job"" .... They'll there at 7:45! It was a clean, done right the first time kind of attitude throughout. Effortless paperwork process due to their clear communication with us and SDG&E. Highly recommend!!
