Great Contractors! We had a lot of concrete laid in our front and backyard, and were very pleased with the price. Communication, timeliness, and professionalism is extremely important for us when working with contractors, and Johnny and his team met all our expectations. They keep a very clean work environment and cleaned up nicely after each day. I also appreciated that they did not have foul mouths while working around my home because we have little kids. They are well rounded in all kinds of work, so we hope to use them again in the future.

I just bought my home almost a year ago and the only thing that seed to be missing was a patio cover. I was California Home Solutions was recommended to me. I must say I was very impressed with them, they were very professional from the very beginning and their presentation at my appointment was amazing not a dull moment. The Owner Johnny Murillo was very knowledgeable and not to mention funny! As for my patio cover I am in complete aww and can not wait to enjoy it this summer watching my kids play outside!

California Home Solutions just completed my installation of roof and windows. They used the owens corning roofing system and they used Anlin Windows. Both products I purchased with this company are energy effciecent. I recommend them to anyone looking to do any renovation to their home. My next project with them in the near future is going to be a patio cover now that summer is coming.

DO NOT HIRE! My husband and I had our roof done with CHS and the quality of work is pathetic not once did we see a contractor on site. The final outcome of our roof was not what CHS sold us on. It's fraud please do your research and don't hire CHS. My husband and I are still waiting on a price match refund promise by the owner and we've yet to hear or receive anything from them, it's been about 6 or 7 months now. Also I find it kinda funny how all the good reviews that are on Yelp are people that work for the company.

I hired California Home Solutions to paint my house. At first I thought I wanted just a coat of fresh new paint but they showed me this new technology coating that reflects the heat and lasts a lifetime. They also helped me with special financing which will save money on my taxes. The sales rep was really helpful and explained everything. I will definitely trust this company to do my next home improvement project.

Just finished our roof and window project with California Home Solutions and I would highly recommend this company to all home owners. They walked us through all the steps and answered all my question for me and my parents. The installers were very clean and neat, they used tarps inside when they installed my windows and covered all my planters when they demoed and installed my roof. The price was affordable and honest, I went with the neighborhood referral program and saved a lot of money to help them advertise by putting a front of the yard sign on my yard. There specialist came over to give me a free estimate and I signed with them the same day. Californian Home Solutions helped me qualify for financing with no money down. I had my roof redone and all new windows and sliding doors. i am very happy with the work, i would use them again. i was surprised reading past reviews because my experience was not like that at all they were very professional, neat and clean

I really wish I could recommend this company but this last leg has me reconsidering. I do love my kitchen and stairs. But there are some cosmetic issues that we told Johnny about weeks ago that are just now being fixed weeks after the final payment. I knew we shouldn't have given the final payment without a walk through...that's pretty standard, but my husband wanted to trust them. They did some stucco repair but the repaint was not included in the job so now we are stuck with off color exterior paint. BTW, we just painted the whole exterior in the beginning of the year. This company use to focus on new construction and business sites. They didn't have to worry so much about being neat and cleaning up certain things because no one lived there and designers and painters would come in after to touch up their mess. They have potential to be better but need to work on some areas before I would recommend to my coworkers or friends for residential work. The cosmetic issues are an eye sore for people who live in the home and waiting weeks to be fixed isn't cool either.

Do not hire this company for a remodel or simple repair of any kind. There quality of work is horrible! You will be lead to believe your job is in the hands of a licensed contractor when in reality the work is done by his untrained family members. The job was never supervised and the crew damaged items in my home. Even after CHS was given the opportunity to correct their mistakes the work was sub par and did not look professional they also created more errors! We had to hire another company to come and complete the job plus fix CHS shoddy work. The professional company we hired after could not believe the dry wall work this crew completed, every wall was uneven and clumpy. I could go on and on with the list of mistakes this incompetent company made. Take my word and avoid this joke called California Home Solutions hire actual professional painters, flooring people Etc.

Johnny and his sons did a great job on my kitchen remodel. They were very friendly and always showed up on time. I would recommend then to anyone.
