Our flat roof on our porch developed a leak during a heavy storm. Paul was quick to come out and access the roof and determine they could fix the leak and seal the entire flat roof (adding 20 years of life) for a very reasonable rate and a quick turnaround. They got us in roughly a week later and Alex and Zach did a great job! They were clean, efficient and done in a few hours. We got our roof done back in May we had a combination of flat roof and shingles for our house. My dad had called at least 10 different roofing companies some would come look at the roof and don't call back or would end up playing a game of phone tag but NOT with California Flat Roofs. My dad called California Flat Roofs and they were able to come the next day and give a reasonable estimate. Throughout the process when we had any questions, we were given a response promptly and were updated on our roof frequently. Invoices are sent conveniently and instantly via email and had all the details and descriptions for the work done which Andre also goes over with you. After getting the roof done we felt the huge difference especially during these summer months rooms don't feel as hot as they used to in prior years. We are very satisfied and recommend everyone to California flat roofs for roof repairs they are the best!

Work was completed way ahead of schedule (sometimes, you get a lucky break in the schedule). Workers were professional and did excellent cleanup. Very happy with the end result, and glad I got the roof sealed before the next set of storms roll in.. and before I had to start dealing with dry rot, etc. from the leaks.

We had previously gotten a quote from a very highly-rated company that didn't even bother coming out to look at the roof and just said we needed to do a reroof, because flat roofs are hard to repair. By contrast, CA Flat Roofs was able to schedule an appointment promptly to actually look at our roof, and they found that our roof was still in fine shape and the problem was our vent pipes, which were cracked.

They put sealant over the entirety of the vent pipes and did a very thorough job. They also provided photos of the completed work. No more leaks, and problem solved, thanks to CA Flat Roofs! We also appreciated that they were excellent with communication throughout the whole process and were able to fit us into their schedule promptly. Great service all around!

An A+ job throughout the process. If you're looking for a low stress experience with a job well done, I would go with them. Paul was very responsive and addressed all our concerns throughout the process. We had several contractors lined up for different types of work at the house and needed to get the roof done first. Paul adjusted their schedule to get to our roof ASAP and complete the work. We now have a beautiful re-roof job that will last us a long time.

Did a great job, no complaints! Manufactured home needed roof sealed. They arranged it with in a week or so they booked appointment. Deposit first then the installment two days later. Three guys did the job and cleaned up the drive way after being done!!

We googled and researched various companies to replace our flat tar roof on an addition to our home. The home has a pitched roof which ties into our addition.

We had three roofing companies representatives come out to look at our project and give us a bid. Comparing all three, we chose California Flat Roofs because 1) they were licensed, bonded and insured; 2) their bid was very detailed; 3) they were able to schedule our roof promptly; 4) Paul communicated with another contractor on our project to make sure all went smoothly and most importantly 6) Paul communicated during the weeks previous to the roofing project along with during the project. He made well-thought out suggestions on how to achieve the look that we wanted.

Since putting on a roof only happens every 20 to 30 years, it can be daunting to choose the right contractor and product. We have been very happy with not only the way the roof looks but are happy with the warranty and products used. We were kept in the loop when issues arose (replacing rotted wood) and felt that we were getting top notch workmanship. We chose to install a 60 ml membrane TPO system.

Excellent customer service, I was in need of a flat roof repair. Paul came out gave me a quote. I didn't know Andre was his brother, but Andre came with his buddy next following wk and got the flat roof done within 3 days. My flat roof looks great, so far no leaks, plus side is that they clean after themselves.
