If you're looking for a new roof, look no further and go with California First Roofing. My grandparents needed a new roof as it hasn't been serviced in probably 40+ years and they had major leaking issues. They don't speak the best English so I took on the project calling multiple vendors and ultimately made a choice based on price, professionalism, and availability. They got my bid based on how quickly they were able to get out to the job, took comprehensive pictures to show me the damage, and had an informative presentation to walk me through the entire process of this job. Their pricing was very competitive and they were able to get out very quickly to complete the job. They were always a phone call away and there was a project manager always on site. These guys are top notch professionals and my grandparents are very satisfied with their new roof completed just before the stormy season.

The company we used paid us to have it redone. California First Roofing provided the most reasonable rate. It only took them about a day and a half. Our roof was nearly 33 years old and developed a leak recently. We decided it was time to replace it and got 4 estimates. We decided to go with California First Roofing because of both the price. Their proposal was very clear and met all of the requirements of the Contractors Board. They completed the entire job in three days, just like they promised. At times they had 6 or 7 workers on site which certainly helped speed the job along. They were able to match the existing tile perfectly and they cleaned up every day and left nothing behind. They also repaired a few tiles for an elderly neighbor. Lior, the owner, is very professional and reachable. These guys do it right!

From start to finish they were simply awesome. I originally submitted an insurance claim that was denied however, LIOR provided such a thorough estimate/pics/descriptions I was able to resubmit to my insurance company whom then approved my claim in full. The entire office staff and work crew are just great. Great communication along the way, on time and actually early each morning. Job was done quickly, efficiently and done right. Couldn't be happier.

Often there are times when a small issue needs to be addressed once the big job has been completed.
