Lior was amazing to work with! Very professional, courteous and patient when addressing all of our questions and concerns. Our roof was a single layer asphalt single tear off and replacement as well as the installation of gutters and attic insulation. We went with the Owen's Corning Midnight shingle Cool Roof option for our house and garage. They offered a very competitive and fair quote. He stayed in communication with us with daily updates over the phone, text, sent us videos and even used a drone to take aerial footage of their progress. He was on site sometimes twice a day to manage the project. They also use magnets to clean up many of the nails that are a result of the demolition. Their warranty is unmatched being an Owen's Corning Platinum level installer. Lior was never pushy to sell a product, but rather wanted to educate us and make sure we were comfortable with any choices we made. He was a very kind and caring man! I highly recommend California First Roofing for anyone looking for roof replacement.

This review is long overdue. California First Roofing came out to replace my whole roof and skylights about a year ago. The whole team is friendly, fast, efficient, well organized, and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and extra requests without any issue. They worked with the utmost attention and care to details, did a fantastic job replacing my roof. I went up there a few times before, during, and after the job to inspect, I could not find any flaws. I am very pleased even after a year, no issues on the roof.

I had a really good experience with California First Roofing. They replaced the underlayment of my roof, which involved removing and replacing many solar panels. The job took longer than expected, but some of the delays were due to rain. They came back to paint the drip edge to match the exterior paint on my house. The project managers, Sam and Ron communicated excellently throughout the entire job. Their pricing was competitive. I would recommend this company.

I worked with Lior to get my flat roof replaced due to persistent leaking with all of San Diego recent rain. He walked through my house and after some discussion we agreed that a new roof would make the most sense. California First Roofing had the most competitive pricing compared to a few other places we researched. The whole roof replacement took one day!! Better yet, Lior made it a point to finish before more rain that was forecasted. Overall Lior was great to work with. He really stands by his word and his service. Our 17 year old roof did not hold up during a recent rain storm, I called them on a Friday afternoon after we found considerable leaking from our roof into our garage. They sent a worker out on Saturday morning, he showed up at 8am climbed onto our roof, and showed us pictures and gave us an estimate to get it replaced. We went with California First Roofing due to the fact that everyone else just wanted to give us an estimate over the phone by looking thru google maps or were too busy. They were the best option hands down.

They showed us a lot of options but decided to move forward with asphalt shingles, Owen's Cornering. The finished job look great and what I like I about them the most is that they did not try to up sell me on anything. Again, cannot say enough good things about them

I'm very happy with my new roof, new skylights, new solar tube, and new gutters. Lior and his crew at California First Roofing earned these five stars. I had several companies out for estimates, and he definitely stood out. He provided a very detailed quote, took the time to answer my questions, and had good ideas and input that the other companies didn't consider or mention. It was also a very low pressure discussion. No sales pressure or upselling at all.

He was at my house every day of the job, which I really appreciated. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the crew cleaned up at the end of each day. Lior also took care of dealing with the city for each step of the permit and inspection.

My grandparents needed a new roof as it hasn't been serviced in probably 40+ years and they had major leaking issues. They don't speak the best English so I took on the project calling multiple vendors and ultimately made a choice based on price, professionalism, and availability. They got my bid based on how quickly they were able to get out to the job, took comprehensive pictures to show me the damage, and had an informative presentation to walk me through the entire process of this job. Their pricing was very competitive and they were able to get out very quickly to complete the job. They were always a phone call away and there was a project manager always on site. These guys are top notch professionals and my grandparents are very satisfied with their new roof completed just before the stormy season.
