As I am renovating my house, I have encountered many types of contractors, and I have discovered that its easy to find a good one, but the companies that stand out to being great are the ones that stay true to following up after the job has been completed. Often there are times when a small issue needs to be addressed once the big job has been completed. I have worked with some companies that don't care about making things right and neglect the small details. They did the job, got your money and have now moved on to other projects and you're left with this small issue that becomes a big problem. Calif First Roofing did an excellent job on my roof. The staff was courteous and respectful in clean up after the end of each work day. They worked hard and I could see their commitment for quality results. After the job on my roof was done, an issue came up, but the owner Lior took action and was focused on getting it resolved quickly. I appreciated that dedication to solving the issue. This is why Calif First Roofing stands out as a great company to work with.

CFR just finished my Asphalt shingled roof, and it looks amazing! I'm already getting compliments on the new color. Each day they were on time, worked hard, and completed the job in five days, just as promised.

From the initial bid to the final walkthrough, their communication was spot-on--whether by email, text, or phone, they kept me informed throughout.

Huge kudos to the crew! They were friendly, polite, as quiet as roofers can be (ha ha), and super clean. Each day, before they left, they made sure to clean up all the roofing debris then they raked and finished up with a blower.

I also have four dogs, so it was essential that all gates stayed shut, and they were so mindful of that. I couldn't be happier with CFR's service!

He did it so nice we decided to use him twice. Lior replaced our garage roof back in 2021, so when it came time to replace our main roof this year we knew just where to go. He was able to get us in time before the rain really started to pour. As always, he was responsive, friendly and reasonably priced. Special shout out to the California First Roofing team for working the weekend to make sure we had a complete roof before the predicted storm came in.

First of all, thank you California First Roofing for working on my roof project. To the owner and a fellow vet- Mr. Lior Levi for being professional on handpicking the best sales/office staff (Jonny, Brady, Daniel and Sam-the manager) and roofers out there! If you get Edgar and his crew to do your roof project, you're in luck! These guys are very competent and really know what they are doing. Edgar, their team lead, stayed on top of everything. He would show up earlier than their usual start time everyday to lead by example. From Day 1 which is the demolition, up to completion on Day 5, they showed nothing but professionalism and pure hard work all through out despite of this scorching San Diego summer heat! Constant updates, site prepping before the work starts, quality materials, experienced workers and daily clean up is what made me earn my trust and confidence in this company. Not just that! Pricing is very competitive as well! I've gone through several roofing company and received absurd amount of estimates and they beat all of them!(without sacrificing material quality) All in all they did solid work, and I would highly and personally recommend this company to do your roof or solar project! And no, this is not a paid advertisement, I was actually the one who paid them to do the job! And they delivered with pin-point accuracy!

Fast, honest, & professional! California First Roofing sent an inspector out asap to quote our roof replacement! They were the first to respond, the communication was excellent, and we had a detailed, honest quote within 24 hours. They accessed our roof as in good shape for its age with no need for immediate replacement however noted that because of its age it is past the point of repair in case of a leak. I hope to use them for our future, preventative roof replacement.
