I just got my roof and gutters replaced by Brad and his team in August 2023. I gave them a call, and they were responsive, and able to give me a quote in just a few days. Unlike other contractors who were telling me they had no openings till November of this year, Brad was able to squeeze me in the very next week after I signed his bid.

They were always on time, and very tidy. My roof is small, so they were done in just 3 days. They took care of all the permitting for me. The pricing was upfront and very easy to understand, and they have a 10 year craftsmanship warranty.

I'm honestly very impressed and love my new roof. I can't recommend these guys enough!

Brad was recommended to me by a local builder I have used for many projects and trust completely. Brad got right back to me, showed up on time to see the house, and provided his estimate timely. The estimate was on the lower end of the projected cost and was very competitive with other estimates received.
Scheduling was a bit of a challenge as we had a very rainy spring but, when we settled on a start date, that's when the work started.
Echoing another review of Caliber Roofing, Brad's crew was incredible. They work their tails off and do an excellent job with great attention to detail. They are not nail-pounders, but craftsmen and experts at their trade.
Go ahead and contact other roofers to do your due diligence, but in the end hire Brad and Caliber Roofing. You will be be very pleased with their work.

I recently had two roofs removed down to the rafters and the plywood replaced and shingles put on by Caliber roofing. One was for a home and the other was for a storage building. Brad and his crew are very knowledgable and did a great job on both. They were very professional and worked hard. They showed up when they said they would be there and cleaned up the job site at the end of each day and when the job was done everything was left clean. Brad and his crew were incredible! They fit me in as I was in dire need of a roof it was going to be raining! They literally were roofing in between the rain drops and sometimes with the rain drops! Brad was recommended by two family members who also used his company. They both had all good things to say about Brad and his crew. We contacted Brad and he told us when he could come for the estimate, he showed up when he said and sent the estimate a few days later. He said when he could show up and let us know there were several on schedule ahead of us. Brad always kept us informed and called to say he could start sooner if that was OK.. Brad and his crew recently finished re-roofing our home. Brad's quote was comparable to another quote we got - we chose him because we thought his solutions made the most sense. Our home was built in 1939 and had some uncommon features - we had had some leaks in the past that hadn't been mitigated by our previous roofer. It was a tricky job as our roof has many peaks and surfaces and all the flashings had to be replaced. He scheduled us for June 26th and was here bright and early on June 26th! He estimated the job would take one week - it took a week and half a day. Each day when they left they cleaned up and stashed their equipment out of our way. They took extra care of all my bushes and plants - very little breakage. They did a beautiful job - can't wait for it to rain!!

Fair price to replace our 30 year old roof, fixed some dry rot, fixed the gutters, and were so organized and clean.
