I had an insurance claim that required a professional carpet cleaner to write a statement about the cause of damage and repair options. I called several other companies but they were not interested in talking about my unusual request. Finally I cam across Tom's business and I gave him a call. Although he was a little unsure of what I needed, Tom took the time to come to my house and then he completed the paperwork that I need with zero issues. He even gave a break in the price that he normally charges because I was on his way home and the stop only took a few minutes. Tom was a very honest and sincere person and I would recommend using his business in the future.

Tom was great to work with. He came exactly at the time we discussed and he finished the work promptly. He cleaned 3 bedrooms, hallway, stairs, couch, and a rug. They all smelled of dog and looked run down before he got started. Afterwards, it smelled and looked new. His cost was reasonable. I will use him again going forward.

Tom was fantastic! With 3 dogs and a cat the carpets where pretty worn down. I was able to make an appointment in the morning and he showed up a couple of hours later, which is unheard of after the holidays.
