I can't say enough about this company. Some years ago we had a total roof replacement that we were very happy with. The team from Cal Pac Roofing was so great to work with. But recently, due to our ""atmospheric rivers"" of rain that we have been experiencing, we found some issues with the roof that were causing some leaks. So stressful. Tom and his team were there to help, fixed the problem and again, were so professional and caring. I would highly recommend them for any roofing issues you may have.

Out of several companies that bid on repairing my roof leak, Brian Korens of Cal-Pac Roofing was the only one who had a clue. All of the other estimators were like, ""well, we can't tell exactly what the problem is, but we'll do ___ and see if that fixes it."" Brian was like, ""oh, yeah, I've seen this a few times before, here's what's going on."" Cal-Pac's bid was much higher than the other companies, but I thought it was worth it to get someone who knew what they were doing -- and I wasn't disappointed.

To be clear, Cal-Pac didn't show up with the impressive company-liveried truck or the uniformed workers or the fancy glossy brochures. It's clearly a smaller operation -- and we all know, those can only stay in business by being really good. Brian and his helper worked on my house for eight full days, fixing the leak, replacing the gutters, replacing some rotted beams, and fixing up all of the other problems that I hadn't even noticed yet. They did an awesome job.

Although my metal roof wasn't installed by Calpac , our out-building had its ridge tiles dislodged in 75 mph winds. With forthcoming rain I was concerned with potential leaking. A friend put me in touch with Tom Sparling at Calpac. Tom never questioned who had installed the existing metal roof and quickly discovered it wasn't a very big job. Never the less he sent Brian Korens today to make the repair. With 20 years experience Brian did a super job correcting previous poor quality. Thank you Calpac.

We just got a new Boral Still Stone coated roof, Barcelona-style, installed by Cal-Pac Roofing contractors in July 2020. We are extremely happy with the outcome of our new roof.

Tom Sparling, owner of Cal-Pac Roofing, provided a very competitive estimate. We felt very comfortable working with him. He was honest, promptly responsive, and very understanding. Throughout the project, if we had any concerns, the very next day he had solved them. His flexibility spoke volumes -- he worked with us to schedule their work around a parallel project of painting the exterior of our home. I can't say enough about his patience.

Sal, the roof installer, was highly skilled, efficient, and a very hard-working professional. He was very helpful in assisting us with fixing a few dry rotten woods on our request. Sal and his colleague cleaned up after themselves every day, made sure things were neatly tidied away, and left all areas clutter and debris free.

The final results speak for themselves. The roof looks great with our newly painted house. We have already gotten lots of compliments from our neighbors about how well the job is done. Due to COVID times, a lot of neighbors and passerbys endorsed what a pleasant experience it was watching their crew throughout their work progress.

Tom and Sal were a pleasure to work with. Their sincerity and dedication made us feel confident that they stand behind their product, strong workmanship, and great service. I highly recommend the services of Cal-Pac if you are looking to replace your roof.

We just got a new stone coated steel roof with Tom from Cal-Pac. He is one of the few in the area that install this product. Tom was informative and responsive prior to us hiring him. Price was competitive with other quotes we received. Work was completed on time and we love the result. (I can't comment on how it has held up because it is brand new)

These guys are awesome. They are like pit bulls with a chew toy - they won't stop until its right.

Brian is the MAN! This is the guy you want on your project. Period.

You need to be sensitive to the the time of year as they have a lot of work already on the books.....they will get you in but like everything else it takes time. And once your in......you are golden. They just won't stop.

End of he day they will not quit until its perfect. Cost was well worth it and not egregious. You get what you pay for.
