Caden Roofing does several other little things that most roofers and other contractor type of business don't do. I like how they explained to me the way they analyze the roof to prevent the ends of nails showing because it doesn't look good to have the sun reflecting off them and into your eyes. Nice touch. Would recommend them to anyone, especially if you have damage to your roof.

We had a roof leak that was dripping into the utility room. I first submitted a request on the Caden Roofing website contact form, but didn't hear back for a couple days so I went ahead and gave them a call. Fareed answered the phone right away and quickly scheduled an appointment. He checked on the roof and in the attic, located where the water was getting in, and patched us all up. The leak was small and pesky to figure out, and he spent a lot of time making sure he got the right spot. Fareed was up front, honest, and professional. We'll keep Caden Roofing at the top of our list should we need roof repair in the future.

We were having some issues with a leak in the roof and got it repaired with another roofing company. After a severe storm, the roof started leaking again. The guys who fixed it refused to take responsibility for it nor did they have the time to look at it again.

I asked Fareed for help because of the great reviews he has here. He told me that he takes a minimum for an inspection but charges extra only if the cost of the fix is more than this minimum. And, he guarantees his work.

He got up to the roof, took pictures, as I requested, for me to understand the issue with the leak. It was quite clear from the photos that the previous fix was far from clean. He fixed the loose ends.

3 months later, the roof started leaking again!! True to his word, Fareed came back to check the roof. He patched up areas which may have lead to the leak. We poured water on the roof to test if it was truly fixed this time. And for all this, he did not charge me a single dime. The guy really guarantees his work.

The roof has held well through this wet winter. And I waited to be sure that it did before giving him a great review. I am sticking with this guy for any roof issues.

Fareed really took care of us. Scheduling was prompt and efficient. When he came out to take a look at the roof of our addition, he explained that the best solution would be the greener and cheaper one. When we discussed previous estimates with him, he walked us through the reason he would charge what he did, which was nice.

When the time came for the work to be done, he arrived with his contractor to introduce us and make sure we didn't have any questions. He even did the work while we were out of town and let us put off making our second payment until we were happy with the job. When we brought up the fact that we found some nails in our yard (which were most likely from a previous job) he came by with a magnet to pick everything up.

Not only is he great at communicating, professional, and easy to get along with, but he seems like a genuinely good and honest person.

During some of the spring storms that brought hail and strong winds our roof was damaged. After an insurance company inspection, it was determined we needed a new roof. I asked for a roofer recommendation and was given Caden Roofing. Fareed came to review our house and determined the patio cover had not been shingled properly. We contacted the insurance company and they refused to change the estimate. Fareed took it upon his self to do the patio correctly. All the sub contractors working with Caden work well, with complete professionalism. The job was completed as promised, on time and very high quality workmanship. I would recommend Caden Roofing to anyone.

Good work and very convenient. Its tough for me to meet contractors because of work so we were able to communicate through phone, email and pictures. Anyways, I had some overgrown oak trees damaging shingles on my roof and Fareed was the first one who responded. He able to come to the property and provide pictures for the estimate. We scheduled a day for repairs and he came out and fixed the roof. He also sent pictures after the work was completed. I also was able to pay though PayPal. Easy peasy!
