The roof looks great. The crew cleaned up the yard really well. I even see a few little extra things on the roof that I didn't expect, new vents and connectors to keep the porch dry. I knew nothing about roof jobs and how to process my insurance claim. Fareed and Karen were helpful and explained everything.

Awesome company and awesome people! Highly recommend Caden Roofing. Fareed worked with our insurance company to get our claim approved for our new roof which saved us a lot out of pocket. His crew removed our old roof and installed a new roof, ridge vents, and skylight in one day. They did an excellent job cleaning up...it was like they were never there! Fareed and Karen are both very friendly, easy to work with, and provide excellent customer service. They made the whole project painless from start to finish.

There are not enough positive things I can write about my experience with Caden Roofing- Fareed responded to the initial inquiry quickly and was able to come out and look over my roof, explaining everything clearly. He identified issues that my insurance might take care of, and he was right- so he ended up saving me a whole lot of money, and made the process of dealing with insurance easy and quick. He has a good eye for aesthetics and was great helping me pick the perfect roof for my home-- it looks GREAT! The job was scheduled quickly, and the roofers had it done in a day- efficient and professional. Fareed came out while the job was being done to check it out, and also after it was completed to double check things and make sure everything was picked up around the house. I wish every service was as personable, professional, and done with a real sense of pride as Caden. Couldn't be happier with the result!

Excellent! When all of San Antonio is waiting 4 to 6 months to get their roof done, I had to wait FOUR DAYS. My only complaint was this: the additional cost over the estimate was because of a certain slope on my roof that needed a different type of material. Fareeh should have seen that on his initial inspection when he walked the roof. Minor thing, but a roof isn't cheap! The crew was great. Got here early and did not mess around. Done in 8 hours. Clean up was very good. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I just had my old three tab roof replaced by Caden roofing in November. The owner Fareed actually came to my house and managed my retentive nature like a Pro (and that is saying something). The service was professional, timely, and all old roofing material and nails cleaned up with a magnet and leaf blower. The cost was in line with the other bids I received, but the materials and composition of the roofing material and design were superior to the other bids. Fareed came out for much of the job to assure it was completed appropriately, and his crew worked like a well oiled machine. Most important is that I received an exceptional roof that addressed the specific needs and concerns of my 1956 ranch (low slope areas, sloppy water runoff in the valleys, ventilation in my attic). You may not be someone that gets excited about a new roof, but no worries as it is obvious Fareed and his crew will take care of that for you!

Contacted the company based on reviews. Quick email response not accepting new customers. Maybe, maybe not. My issue seemed minor so maybe it isn't worth their time. Don't know.

Caden Roofing is a very professional company which provided me with great customer service. I live in Hawaii and my home in Texas needed a new roof. I contacted Fareed and he really went the extra mile to help me, he worked around my time schedule. Fareed took the time to explain the roof installation process to me and he answered all of my questions in a timely manner. He really makes you feel like you are his number #1 customer.

Fareed contacted me when he arrived at my home at the start of the project and at the end of the day he sent me pictures of the completed new roof.
