As previous reviews have alluded to, poor customer service are the norm. I made an appointment to have my roof inspected and replaced thanks to hurricane Irma. After multiple attempts to get through, I was able to set up an appointment with Cindy, the owner/ manager. A few days after the appointment was made i got a call from her stating they "" were really busy"" and had to postpone for a week. Um.. you made the appointment? I advised her to have their rep give me a courtesy call en route prior to the 9 AM appointment. My doorbell rang at 7:55AM on the appointment date. Um your early!! And no call. The tech was pleasant but advised "" were very busy"" so I figured we would get you first. I love when people ""assume"" our time is not valuable and we have nothing better to do. Regardless he was quick and finished up in 30 minutes. He advised I would get an email or call in a few days. A week later and nothing. I called a dozen times with no answer so I left a message. ( if you are that busy you can afford someone to answer your phone). Cindy called a day or so later and apologized as "" they were really busy"" and people were sick in the office. ( Do I need to know this or care?) she then proceeded to tell me normally it take two weeks to get an estimate ( I'm guessing because they are busy) however that was never mentioned prior with her or her estimator. She then proceeded to tell me ""I ""needed to hire a general contractor to get prices for permits and to see what was needed to keep the integrity of the roof intact? Huh? Aren't you the professional company that handles that? Isn't that in your scope of responsibilities? Outrageous. She then adds she has never seen that type of roof. A 2 minute drive through our neighborhood will illustrate multiple examples of similar craftsman homes with similar roofs. If you don't have the basic requirements or staff to provide them you're probably not competent enough to do the job. I think she had no interest to do the job ( insurance is paying for it) nor had a competent staff at hand to do the job. Excuses have their uses, but yours are all used up! If you can't answer your phone that should tell you to look elsewhere!

Despite the fact that they installed the roof on my home by the previous owner, they are NOT responsive. On multiple occasions (last year and this year) I requested them to come and inspect the roof and make estimates. NO response (email or to my voicemail) whatsoever.

I highly recommend Cache Roofing. I was able to get on their schedule within a couple of weeks of my estimate and they did a great job.
The team who came to my home were very professional and completed the job with efficiency and care.

If you are need of any work completed with any sense of urgency, do not use this company. Very unresponsive!!!!
