Worst roofing company in the Tyler area. Very high priced. Salesman worst than used car salesman. They make the deal and never want to deal with you again. Use out of state roofers. Half way does the job and no one check back after work is done. Not organized and everyone blames everyone else when things go wrong. Still to this day no one has followed up on my issues or just check in after the work was done.

Got my roof replaced with cables through my real estate agent upon closing on my house. The company did not do a satisfactory job, left all of the leftover supplies that were unused laying throughout my yard and driveway, and when confronted about issues with the roof, the owner himself belittled me, made me feel as though it was an inconvenience to have to come look at the house again, and basically told me it is what it is and fix what I was unhappy about would be several thousand more dollars. Very disappointed with how everything went, and now that I am under contract to sell my house, the same things that I was upset with are being asked by the buyer to be repaired. If I had to do it all over again, I would have gone with a different company.

I am giving Cable's 2 stars because they were always pleasant when speaking to them. Other than that, I am deeply disappointed in this company.

September 2018, I had repairs done to fix a leak in my roof. After paying for the service, I was told that I would receive something stating that the repairs were under warranty. I never received anything.

I called back a few weeks ago because I have a leak again in the same spot. When speaking to Kim, she said that she could not bring up anything in their system regarding them doing repairs. I could not remember the exact date and did not have an invoice for payment as I paid over the phone. She said that she would look in to it and call back. Right after getting off the phone, I checked my bank statement to investigate when exactly they were done. I called her right back and let her know the date I was charged and for how much, in which she said that would help her try and figure things out. I have not heard back from her since.

I am annoyed that I spent money to get a service done, but it seems like they simply put a band aid over it as the leak came back in the same area. However, I am truly disappointed in the lack of customer service in this company by them just neglecting to rectify the situation. Is not responding to your customer the way you provide excellent service? They must have thought I would have forgotten about them.


I will never recommend them to anyone, and I suggest you not go to them unless you don't mind wasting money. Now I have to pay someone else to fix their mistake.

These guys are great and they can do so much more than just roofing.
My dryer vent vents out the roof and I noticed the lent accumulating at the vent on the roof and knew it needed cleaning. But no way we were going to get up in this two story roof. Darren's guys did a great job of cleaning it out.
They have also done work for many clients of mine and they are always very pleased. And they are very good about working with insurance companies.

Ryan and their team have been very professional and helpful. We've had a sky light leak for months and cables finally fixed it properly and in a timely manner. When they repaired the sheet rock it bubbled a bit so when I called to tell them, they sent their guys back out the next day with no hassle and fixed the ceiling correctly. We will definitely be using them for all future roofing needs.

This roofing company was referred to me by my real estate company. I'm in the process of buying a house, and with only 10 days in the option period, I needed a roof inspection done pretty quickly. I called on a Tuesday and made it clear I was interested in having an estimate done by Friday. They gathered my information and even asked for me to email them the home inspection. Needless to say, it's now Friday, the last day of my option period and I have still yet to hear one word back from this company. I understand that I may have been asking for a lot, but a simple reply would've at least been appreciated.
