I am very satisfied and highly recommend Cal Wash Pros for your roof and gutter maintenance issues. Chris is very reliable and dependable and does an outstanding job explaining the process and recommending what is ideal for your type of roof. We have stone coated steel ""shingles"" here, and traditional high power pressure washing is not recommended. The roof was covered with debris and many areas had moss growth. Chris explained exactly what we needed and carried it out. Now the roof is very clean and looks brand new. His company also pays attention to cleaning up the walkways around the house and leaving things cleaner than when they first arrived. He is punctual and reliable and shows up on time. He is a good communicator about your project. Again, I am a very happy customer and give a 100% satisfied recommendation for Cal Wash Pros.

I highly recommend CA Wash Pros for its professionalism, quick communication, execution, skill, flexibility, excellent quality of work, and affordable pricing! When I reached out to Chris back in December to obtain an estimate on gutter cleaning and guard installation, he replied very quickly and provided detailed information on the scope of the work and without even seeing my house in person, provided precise guidance on the type of guards to get, where and when to purchase them, and how many packages I would need (he was spot on!). He also followed up regularly to check on the guard's arrival so he could schedule the service, which was successfully completed today.

Chris and his crew arrived right on time (he also informed me when he was on his way) and did an excellent job. He took pictures and explained everything that was done on my roof. I cannot emphasize enough the outstanding communication and customer service provided by Chris. I plan to use them again for window cleaning and pressure washing.

I'm very impressed with this company, they did a fabulous job, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I'm very impressed and highly recommend this company. Chris just finished doing a Tier 1 gutter cleaning for our two story steep house. He was great at communicating with me and was right on time. He was extremely thorough in cleaning out debris from the gutters and flushing the downspouts. He removed 3 clogs in various places, and gave us some detailed advice on gutter guards and tree trimming. He's a really nice, honest and professional guy and we will use him for all services he offers going forward.

I want to add that I was not asked to write this review; it's completely unsolicited. I tend to be somewhat lax about writing reviews but when someone stands out I want to make sure I say thank you for great service and pass it on to others looking.

Chris is super responsible. He is very efficient. We called him for the gutter cleaning last week, he explained the job very well before starting the job. He also gave me some useful suggestions for future maintenances after the work. He even cleaned our drive way before leaving. I would high recommend CA wash pro to everyone.

Cleaned our gutters - which were overflowing. They had to remove the downspouts and clean them. All done quickly and professionally. Will be getting them back later to set up some gutter guards.

Unfortunately Chris's reliability is just not there. It's been over a month of me trying to get a quote. He cancelled on my onsite appointment for quoting 3 times and has now just stopped responding to text.

I have to take my business elsewhere due to this. If you are looking for immediate service don't even bother calling.

Chris has been great at communicating and scheduling the service. He gave us good tips as well as a good estimate for what would be performed.
We got Tier 2 cleaning which includes Removing debris from gutters and roof, rinsing the gutters, patching up to 3 minor leaks (there wasn't any luckily), testing and unclogging downspouts.
We are quite impressed and we will continue to use their services annually.
