I called this company twice and made an appointment for an estimate on a historic building in Hampton. Both times I was stood up. The second appointment was yesterday at 11am. I called at 11:30 to see where they were, the man who answered the phone told me their employee was sick. So I asked why no one called me to tell me he was sick and reschedule. He then replied I told you he is sick and has been for a while. I replied yes I heard you but why was I not contacted? Then I asked if I could reschedule for next week. He replied we will not be coming and hung up on me. This is the most unprofessional and rudest business I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and call someone else!!!
