Roofing & Construction was founded in 2011 to gain better control over the quality of service and installation of our metal roofing products. Leveraging Charles Whatley's industry experience, the company has expanded into general contracting for residential insurance claims and ventured into the commercial sector. From Dallas/Fort Worth to San Antonio and over to Houston, our mission is to enhance Texas's beauty and energy efficiency through metal roofing!

The owner and CEO of C.W. Roofing & Construction is Charles Whatley. His motivation to start his own business stemmed from his aspiration to be an entrepreneur. At 16, he was introduced to roofing while helping with his first composition roof, and now, over 30 years later, he continues to be passionate about it. Having installed almost every roofing type, he is committed to ongoing education for our team. Being a veteran and a proud American, he believes that small businesses form the backbone of our nation. His excitement grows with each passing day as he observes his sons evolving in the company and their enthusiasm for advancing his vision of quality metal roofing in Texas.
