Chad replaced my roof about 8 years ago, and did an absolutely fantastic job with no drama, which I really appreciate. He even bundled a deal with a solar power company so I feel like I got a 2-for-1. The roof looks great and has been no trouble at all. After a torrential rainstorm last night I awoke to a (hopefully) tiny leak, called him at 6 AM...and he answered!!! He's coming today to check it out for me. What a awesome guy!!

We are so happy with the huge project Chad did for us. New roof, exterior paint, giant patio cover, sweet deck, a privacy wall and a ton of storage made easy. Chad listened to our needs and made expert suggestions to ensure everything worked as planned with no surprises.

As a person, Chad is an agreeable person and I think he is a nice man. However, since replacing my roof, there have been 3 problems, simple problems, that Chad himself said he would fix and he has failed to fix them. It has been one year since my roof was replaced and I have contacted him for over 4 months now and he has scheduled many times to come out but never does. I have not been contacted on the reasons why no one has fixed the problem and only hear from them when I call them. This process has been terrible customer service. Even while they were replacing my roof, they left the job one day on a night it rained and I woke up at 3 am to my ceiling dripping on the living room rug which was ruined. He had a painter come out and paint over the water damage and knocked $200 off the price, but the water stain is still there and we are out a rug.
Nice guy, but worst customer service I have ever experienced and I am very skeptical about negative reviews and this is my first one, but it was this bad that I wanted to get it out there. Very unsatisfied with the customer service and final roofing job.

For about the last month I have been enduring the headache of looking for a roofer. I never dreamed how difficult this process would be. However, I was educated on many different things and feel better overall for it. Along the way, I encountered many different companies but I wanted to give the following two roofing companies a personal vote of confidence and a recommendation for anyone who might be looking for a roofer in the near future: C & K Roofing (http://www.ck-roofing.com/) & Cornerstone Construction Services.
