Rob S.I was forced to use this contractor on a job I did because C & I Roofing had the warranty on the roof and any work done by another roofer would have voided the warranty for my customer. They took advantage of this situation and greatly overcharged me for the work they did. $975.00 for a sheet metal roof flashing to cover a roof penetration. About $150.00 in materials (retail) and maybe 3 hours labor. This work should have not been more than $500.00 total. They would not negotiate the price.
