Company Overview

Cesar Castillo Sr., our founder, has always recognized the importance of integrity. When he was just 16, he entered the construction field to support his young family after the birth of his first child with his wife. With hard work, he developed his expertise and established ties with others who held similar principles.

During his time as a roof installer, he observed how numerous companies failed to treat their employees and clients fairly. He became disillusioned with the industry's dishonesty and the way crews and families were taken advantage of.

After a fall from a roof in 2002 left him with broken arms, he found himself unable to work. With no support from his employer during his recovery, he resolved to create the change he wished to see. Thus, he founded C & C, which reflects the initials of him and his wife: Cesar and Carmen.

For close to twenty years, C & C Roofing and Restoration has developed a network of dependable crews and workers, all while staying family-owned. Our priority is the safety of our teams and the delivery of quality work for our clients. We have worked in more than 20 cities, helping countless families find shelter under a solid roof. Each office employs local staff who know the area's distinct conditions, as we all work together towards excellence.
