Company Overview

Cesar Castillo Sr., the founder, has long understood the significance of ethical practices. At 16, he took on construction jobs to support his family after his wife gave birth to their first child. Over the years, he honed his skills and forged relationships with like-minded individuals.

During his time as a roof installer, he observed how numerous companies failed to treat their employees and clients fairly. The industry lacked transparency, and he grew weary of seeing crews and families exploited.

In 2002, he suffered a fall from a roof, resulting in broken arms. With no support from his employer during his recovery, he resolved to create the change he wished to see. This led to the establishment of C & C, named after his and his wife's initials: Cesar and Carmen.

For almost two decades, C & C Roofing and Restoration has grown to encompass trusted teams and employees, while still being family-run. Our priority is the safety of our teams and the delivery of quality work for our clients. With experience in over 20 cities, we have supported thousands of families in obtaining roofs for their homes. Each office employs local staff who know the area's distinct conditions, as we all work together towards excellence.
