Company Overview

Our founder, Cesar Castillo Sr., has consistently valued doing what is right. When he was just 16, he entered the construction field to support his young family after the birth of his first child with his wife. Over the years, he honed his skills and forged relationships with like-minded individuals.

As a roof installer, he saw how many businesses neglected the welfare of their workers and customers. The industry lacked transparency, and he grew weary of seeing crews and families exploited.

In 2002, he suffered a fall from a roof, resulting in broken arms. Without assistance from the company he worked for, he decided to become the change he wanted to witness. Thus, he founded C & C, which reflects the initials of him and his wife: Cesar and Carmen.

For close to twenty years, C & C Roofing and Restoration has developed a network of dependable crews and workers, all while staying family-owned. We emphasize the safety of our teams and deliver high-quality workmanship to our clients. With experience in over 20 cities, we have supported thousands of families in obtaining roofs for their homes. Every branch hires local representatives and workers familiar with the unique conditions of the region, as we collectively pursue excellence.
