I called Mike as he was recommended to me. I had another roofer look at my roof leak but after a couple attempts they were unable to fix the leak. Mike sent one of his guys out while at the same time I came down with Covid and had to be hospitalized. I was in serious condition and unable to communicate with Mike. Mike guys came out anyway and repaired my roof two days before a big storm hit. In spite of me being out of contact for weeks, Mike fixed my roof. If I hadn't heard from a customer for several weeks, I probably wouldn't have moved forward with the repair. So very grateful Mike followed through while I was in the hospital. Thank you Mike!

What a GREAT experience with Mike at Byrom Roofing. Both Mike and his staff were professional, patient and did a quality job! Our event happened in the middle of several rain storms and he worked hard to put in a temporary repair until the rain let up and they could resolve our damaged roof as quickly as possible. We have used Byron Roofing 4 times over the last several years to repair minor (if there is such a thing) leaks and one potentially major one due to sloppy work by the builder from our concrete tile roof. Mike, the owner, and his crew have always been very responsive to our calls. They have come out quickly to do temporary repairs to stop the leak while it is raining and came back right after the storm to do the permanent fix.
