When you call the telephone number on TV for the special, they tell you that they are not offering that special. They said that corporate offered that special but they are not offering it. When a special is offered on a TV commercial and And they say call now for the special, that special should be honored.

I saw a commercial last week that said Byers does roofing. Needing a new roof I called and left a message. They called the next day to schedule an appointment. After I scheduled I responded to several email to ensure I would be home(I made it clear I work from home and I'm available anytime). Estimator came by Tuesday as promised, took measurements, then said he would crunch numbers and then be in contact with me. Received an email yesterday asking ME to schedule time to go over the estimate. I responded telling them to send me the estimate, I've already scheduled time for that. Now nothing. I sense high pressure sales, no need for me to schedule time to review estimates, I review contracts for a living. Just send the customer the estimate that was requested! JUST SAY NO TO HIGH PRESSURE SALES! I will update if you send the estimate...

My experience with Byers was perfect - start to finish!  First, in searching for ""solar light tubes"", Sola Tube popped right up and entering my zip code took me straight to your firm. I was familiar with the Byers name from ""Byers Leaf Guard"" commercials, but would have never known that they provided solar tubes. The easy information request resulted in being contacted the next business day by Judy who was very pleasant and was able to get me an appointment for the following week.  She told me that this would be a consultation followed by an installation, if desired - one and done. I didn't bother searching any further or price compare, but was pleasantly surprised with the quoted cost.

Jordan Nunes from Byers called the morning of my consultation to let me know he was on his way and might be a little early, if that was alright. When he arrived, I was extremely impressed with Jordan's knowledge of the product, analysis of the potential install and explanation of the options available to me. He took time to truly understand what I was wanting to accomplish and to determine my needs by asking many appropriate questions.  On top of that he was very personable, respectful and at no time did I feel that I was being pressured. Jordan guided me through to what we both thought would be the best solution for my cave-like office area.  He also showed great patience with my rattling on about all sorts of things, since he was one of the few human beings I have seen in Covid times. Which, by the way, he was also very respectful of my safety.

Once we agreed on what would be the best and most aesthetic solution for the area, Jordan was very thorough in the assessment of my home's construction and difficulty of the installation in my desired location.  This proved to be a challenging install in what I believe he called a ""true"" vaulted ceiling - a few inches between ceiling and roof and millimeters to work with between joists.  But Jordan carefully considered the undertaking and, although it was not going to be easy, decided it was doable...barely. I trusted his knowledge and ability and in a relatively short time, Jordan completed the job with stunning results. 

thought I would be just getting a hole in the ceiling that the light would shine through!  Instead I have an architectural element that makes a huge difference in the hours spent working at my desk in natural light!  Thank you Byers!  You can expect referrals!

We had our gutters installed in 1993 and have been very happy with the operation of them. Keeps me off the roof and the lifetime cleaning is a great plus! Just had Wyatt and Brian here to perform a gutter cleaning. They're both very professional and courteous. Also, very informative about their product and answered any questions I had. I did not use Byers. A house close to me did...the job started a few weeks ago with various non-marked Byers driving up and down our shared road. They are sub-contracts which Byers is known to use. They parked on my property...up against shrubs & trees. They played music loudly as well spoke about women and their anatomy! Large truck drove over blocks I had blocking plants & trees. They smoked on our street tossing butts all over...the initial crew that comes in removing the old shingles threw their garbage down the road....then finishing up this week...they brought in a large semi w/additional box trucks, etc...the semi parked on my land! It drove over boarder-trim cracking it! I find the irony that they say they are ""local"" and CARE when they don't appear to care about the neighbors! I have heard very bad things said about Byers NOW I WITNESSED IT FIRST HAND...SHAME on you...all about the MONEY!

Dave B was our Estimator. He showed up with a mask and shoe coverings & Excellent customer service. Dave answered all of our questions and gave an excellent presentation. We decided on a new roof, Leaf Guard and a house fan.

The are beautiful! but have serious defect. Wasps love them. For the last two years since having the gutters installed I am constantly spraying wasp spray on them. Unfortunately due to the design there is no way to actually spray the nest, so you only kill a few at a time. I called the company was told that they were aware but couldn't help me. they don't want to get their employees stung. Triple the price of normal gutters and now I am an unlimited pet supply of wasps.

Byers has done it again..awesome work on another Solatube..(that makes four). And again I must thank Kent Fair for his amazing work. Even during this COVID-19 mess we have going on, he has the greatest attitude (and he showed up with his mask on). Byers is definitely my go to for anything roofing/solar related..you have a customer for life!
