Bryan installed a new roof in 2011. Just sprung a leak (2019). Bryan came out within 2 business days of my call, got to my house early (before I arrived home to meet with him), found problem (wasn't related to warranty), fixed, and left. Gave these guys a call on a Thursday they said they would be out on Monday to get me an estimate for a roof replacement. Turned out to be a no show. Called them a few days later to reschedule and got no response. Two weeks later, they all of a sudden show up completely unannounced, walked my roof, and said they would be in touch. Never heard back. Weird.
Funny thing is that I would have given them the roof job regardless. But since I never heard back, I ended up giving the job to someone else.

Best roofing company by far. Peter from BYC Construction provided excellent customer service and offered the best price for my roofing needs. Peter was honest and gave me multiple options for my roof with a warranty. Peter and his team came over on the scheduled day, demo the entire roof to the rafters. BYC placed new plywood over the rafters and laid a 3 layer bitumen roof, all in 2 days. I was so pleased with BYC that I referred them for my brother and father-in-law's home. I would highly recommend Peter and his team.
