Insisted on getting paid in full before all the final inspections and permits were completed per our contract (plenty of promises to come right back and finish)...now 8 weeks later, its like pulling teeth just to get them to return an email.

Plus, after upselling the initial project from a repair to a total roof reconstruction, the very next day their work immediately failed when the first rain caused massive leaks in several bedrooms. To their credit, the came out right away to fix the leaks and agreed to take responsibility for the interior damages. However, they have followed through with none of those promises, and the overall experience has been quite frustrating.

I had what looked like a straightforward re-roofing job to start with. After stripping off the first layer of shingles, it became apparent that the wood underneath was both worn out and cracking from a shoddy previous job.
Right away, the team went to work with secure material, gather workers, move things around to make the schedule work (my insurance company was putting pressure on me to replace the roof or they would not insure my house).
Will and James, the project managers on the job, are not just effective in their jobs and great problem solvers, they are amazing human beings! Patient, kind, compassionate - and so, so hardworking! These guys bent over backwards and jumped through hoops to make the project work within my time frame and budget.
In addition, their integrity was unparalleled.

We had a leak the other day because of the heavy rain. Fred and his team came out and done a quick roof repair. The leak was stopped right away. The price was cheaper than i expected.

These guys were great. I had a gutter that was draining in the wrong direction, causing water to spill over the top and creating water damage on the side of my house. I tried to fix this myself and realized that it was not clogged, but an alignment issue that would require more expertise than I have. These guys came out the same day I called, gave me a very competitive quote that was much lower than I expected, and then sent out a team and fixed the problem within a couple of days. They also cleaned the gutter inside and out. AND, I had a second smaller gutter that was also draining wrong which they cleaned and fixed FOR FREE. Super great experience. Thanks guys!
