Just had our 20 year old roof replaced by this company out of Chico - Butte Roofing. They arrived on Monday, told us it would be done Friday but completed the job on Thursday ahead of schedule. The three guys led by Roberto were very professional and did a fantastic job! Originally this job was scheduled for Oct 29th but they came to Redding to do our roof a couple of weeks earlier which we appreciated due to the change of weather. I have to say, we were VERY impressed with the professionalism of all three of the guys - Roberto, Gilel and Daniel. I can't believe it only took these 3 guys to get this job completed and with such attention to detail. They even installed vents that we didn't have, placed nice trim around the edges and they even painted our trim around the skylights that looked scuffed up to match the new roof. I would highly recommend this company!

I had nothing but the best experience with Butte roofing company. I have never had to get any repairs done to my roof nor have I needed a repair this large on my home so it was scary at first. I had a roof leak on my house and it was a very stressful situation. I would have never thought I'd find a roofing company with such great customer service. They called when they said they would call, show up when they said they'd sow up, etc. I had told them to not worry about cleaning my back yard if anything fell back there because I needed to clean up back there and so a dump run anyways. However, I got home and realized they had cleaned the back yard and swept the patio! They definitely went above and beyond. They replaced the entire back half of the roof of my house and I couldn't be happier. Definitely stand up guys! I highly recommend to anyone

The recent wind and storm tore off many of my shingles and so I phoned several companies for help. Al was the only one who called back. He was out the next day and helped walk me through contacting the insurance company. With more rain coming soon he returned the same day to cover and protect the area. He is professional, honest and hard-working. I'm so glad I can trust him to get the job done.

Butte Roofing inspected my property on May 29th for a quote on a complete roof replacement. It is now June 26th and I still don't have a quote. Over that time I called the office and spoke to the receptionist 3 times and left a phone message once. The reception, Lisa, assured me I would get it soon. I don't consider 28 days soon. I feel sorry for her having to make so many excuses.

I was so happy with the service I received from Butte Roofing Co. I got estimates from 5 different roofing companies. They weren't the ""cheapest"" but they were very comparable to the least expensive company and they used better quality products. I called on a Friday morning and they were out that afternoon to give me an estimate. The other company I was considering wasn't able to start my job for at least a month, but Butte Roofing was able to start my roof the next week. The weather ended up being bad for another 3 weeks but Bobby, the foreman was in contact with me regularly with weather updates and his plan for my job. As soon as we had a break in the weather, his crew was at my house, ripping off my roof at 7 AM. They had my old roof off and a new one on in two days! I was worried about debris falling in my in ground spa and pool but my yard and pool was spic and span when they were finished. I was very happy with their company. I'd recommend them to anyone.
