I used this company on a rental I have in Torrance, they were the lowest price. The
roof that they did for me was a flat hot tar roof. They were the only company that would do a hot tar, the other companies want to do a cold tar which does not seal as well. That was 1.5 years, we have not had any leaks when it was raining. They did a good job for me and I will use them again.
