Jay is a complete professional. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. He is polite and courteous with his clients and the insurance companies. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Was thorough, and worked seamlessly with my insurance company.
I've been approached by many roofing companies. They always turn off the insurance adjuster by being pushy.
I had serious roof damage and the adjuster would not approve the roof just because of the contractor I initially used. I asked Jay to help me out. I ordered a re-inspection. Jay was there for that meeting, and he got along great with the adjuster. The guy even thanked him when he was finished. Jay's company did a superb job, they even found additional damage once the roof was removed and worked with the insurance company to include that damage as well.
I am a Realtor, and have happily referred Jay to my clients. He has done the same job for them as well. He is my ""go to"" roofing company for inspections as well. I can always count on his professionalism.
