My new roof is awesome. It was done in less than a day. There was no trash left at my house. My roof is so neat looking. The Burch people were so easy to work with and so quick to get my roof done. I'm extremely happy with the results.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They were hired (prior to purchase) by the listing agent of my new house. They ""replaced"" rotten decking and shingles on the front portion of my roof. After the sale of the house was final I had a company of my choice come out to do a separate job on the roof. The company I hired said the recent work didn't look good and they redid it. When they tore it up they uncovered ROTTEN DECKING that was supposed to have been replaced by Burch. Burch denies this, despite the photos and statements I have from the company I hired. They are TERRIBLE!!!

I had used Burch Roofing for 23 years with positive results. They replaced 1 roof, painted my house and did a number of roof repairs over the years. My past experience in December 2016 was the worst! I will only use them again while my roof is under warranty! My gutters now leak, during the tear off they really messed up the paint on my white 2 story house, they did a terrible touch up job on the paint looks like a kid with cotton balls did the work, I now have to buy paint, paint my downspouts, touch up the siding and gutters again, They left the downspout plugged w/ roofing materials and now it leaks. The broke my motion detector light and bulbs as well as the landscape lighting and trashed some of the bushes around the house. Minimal supervision by Burch while their hired sublet team was at work. Stay away and get find someone else!

Called for an estimate, had three shingles lift up ing last storm! House is only 9 years old! Took a day and a guy drove up, I met him outside. He tried from the start to control the conversation and couldn't get on the roof, didn't try! Told him best view was from the street behind the house! He said OK. Then he said,""we're going to give your roof a full service."" I asked if he could explain, and he said a whole bunch of stuff I don't understand, nail pops sealing the vents and stuff and I reminded him, I wanted the three shingles fixed, that's all. So he said he would have his second story guys come take a look. Never happened!

I call two days later and the receptionist said they had sent the quote in the mail! THE MAIL??? I asked her to email me a copy!

. Do general roof maintenance on rest of roof. Estimate $525.00 dollars!
I emailed back, seems excessive, i just want the shingles fixed, can you itemize the estimate? Of course if they can't do it their way, they are not there to help! Tried to go local but seems the locals are just here to screw the people in the subdivisions! By their math it would cost $157,000.00 to replace every shingle on the roof!

Didn't put metal roof on right. Left it unfelted over a weekend and it rained all in our house. Did nothing and said it was our contractor'so fault. Took months to finish the roof and it still is wrong, never did anything even after we sued him. Came and tightened panels and acted like he did what he was supposed to do, but the roof is terrible. How he got on A&E is a mystery to me. He said he was insured and showed us a fake insurance certificate. We ended up with an inferior roof, lawyer bills and ripped off. 11 years later it is still on but looks terrible. He does nothing to help fix anything he did wrong. We just don't want to get ripped off again and are trying to get our money's worth.

Ignored me when I asked about warranty on roof after 8 years. When I called they said they would inspect and advise. A salesman called me back and didn't even know about checking for warranty work just wanted more $$.

I've used Burch multiple times and they have yet to let me down. They are true to their word and fair in their prices!
