I spoke with David Bitan for weeks leading up to the project, as I was buying a house and wanted to have the roof done before we moved in. He was very responsive and helpful, and he also worked closely with a solar company so that they could work together on a new roof + solar panel installation. He immediately dropped off shingle samples so that we could choose which one we wanted (we went with the GAF Timberline asphalt shingles in Birchwood). David and the entire staff/crew were great! They explained all the in's and out's of what we needed, especially since we are first time homebuyers with a house that needed an entirely new roof and plywood (huge project!). They were able to get the permits very quickly, then worked around the weather and our schedule so that the roof could be done before we move in. When I mentioned a few spots with tar drips on the fascia, they immediately came out and cleaned it up.

Walking through our neighborhood, we saw a house was getting their roof redone by Bumble Roofing. We've been meaning to have our own roof replaced, so we gave them a call after getting positive feedback from our neighbor. It was great since we were able to get most of the estimate process done online. Nathan was very helpful, timely, and communicative.

Impressively, their team was able to complete the job in 3 days! The team rolled up, got it done, and was extremely tidy. The roof looks great, and it was just in time since we got unexpected lightning/thunder storms the following week. We were so thankful we got it done sooner rather than later.

We needed to replace our roof and also added a few new vents. David and Nathan were transparent about the cost and process and did not do hard sell tactics. The project managers were attentive and communicated well. We had minor issues but these were caught by the project managers and handled quickly. The pricing was well below several competitors that tried more traditional sales techniques. The roof looks great, doesn't leak, and left room in our budget for other projects. What else can you ask for?

I needed a new roof as I had some leaks last winter. I delayed the job until almost the end of the year entering the (sort of) rainy season as I have done a roof in the past on another house and it was not a great experience. I'm glad I found Bumble as the process was very simple, streamlined and there really was no pressure once I received my options and pricing. I decided to give Bumble a shot and I'm glad I did. It isn't rocket science, but I got a new roof, price seemed right, it looks good and the team was easy to deal with. I also appreciated that the team cleaned up each day (many contractors, not just roofing, lack performance here). After they were done another team came back to clean (pressure wash) and do a final nail check which is great. David and team were very responsive and when I did have a challenge, once I brought it up, it was addressed that day. Would recommend if you are in the market for a new roof.

Giving 4 stars because the process was a bit messy - we found nails and trash in the yard even after the job was complete. We had to follow up with the project lead to flag that clean up was needed.

I researched five roofing companies on Yelp, as I was in a time sensitive situation and needed an opinion on our roof that we could TRUST, QUICK. After calling all five companies, Bumble was not only the quickest to respond, but also the most thorough. I was texted, emailed, and called within minutes of my call to them. Not only were they quick to respond, and incredibly detailed, in my situation they went above and beyond. I told David, who is EXCELLENT by the way, about a roof report that was done on our roof during escrow that we felt was bogus and had errors. We were under a time crunch to get another qualified opinion, and David not only went above and beyond to dig into the issues and figure how to get an honest response back to me, but did it in rapid time, but without being any less focused on quality. The other four companies I called, all who had five stars on yelp, took two days to even return my calls. I can tell you without hesitation, not only is Bumble reputable, but they are incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and go the extra mile in every regard. Thank you David and the Bumble team for showing what professionalism and reliability means! I will not forget it!!

I needed to have my roof assessed and consulted Bumble Roofing. The PM Richard came out to view my roof and was very honest and straight forward when explaining the current condition and remaining lifespan on it. The proposal was very easy to understand and follow. David was always prompt and available to answer my emails. I decided to wait on doing a total roof replacement in part due to the companies honesty and I really appreciate the transparency provided during this whole process. Amazing customer service and I am looking forward to working with them in the future.

After getting about 8-10 quotes from different companies it came down to 2 because the others were asking for alot more some even quoting me double what bumble charged me. So after going with them the job planning and project went along smoothly thanks to David and Martha for all the help and answering all my questions. The roof is done now and it looks amazing, a couple of things came up like replacing wood and additional stuff I needed because of the chimney so be aware other stuff might come up but the were really flexible on payment options . Overall great experience thank you guys for everything.
