Customer service was great, their office staff is very responsive and timely with emails and phone calls. Call service doesn't work well with extension numbers, would be helpful to have direct numbers to the team members vs extension numbers to help save time when calling in.

Per my prior review, we were very happy with Bumble. Now, even more so. When we found some large staples in our artificial turf in the back yard, I reached out to David He immediately responded that though these were not something they use currently, they may have been part of the roofing that was replaced. He had someone come out to do another magnetic sweep of the property, no questions, just concerned about safety.
The immediate response and quick action to remedy the issue are greatly appreciated.

From my first inquiry to my finished roof replacement Bumble Roofing was amazing. David answered all my questions and sent samples of the two shingle colors we were interested in. This really helped in deciding which color to go with and we absolutely love our choice. The workers were all polite & professional and did a great job. I broke my ankle the day before our project was to begin and everyone did there best to complete the project with minimal interruption to me so I could rest as much as possible. I had got quotes from three different companies and even after an unexpected overage for some damaged wood that had to be replaced Bumble Roofing was still cheaper then my next lowest quote. We are extremely happy with this company and we love our new roof!

I did so much research when picking a company to go with, and really thought I had made the best choice. Long story short, their work was sloppy, they made mistakes and had to come out twice to fix them ( because the first time they came to fix them they quickly tried to install an exposed valley but didn't do it right ) They left nails all over our property that we would find daily- and we have small children. Overall our experience was sadly not what we had hoped for.

*Highly* recommend Bumble Roofers! Bumble's was one of three estimates I got for roof replacement. For reference, one estimate was higher than Bumble's, and Bumble was providing better quality shingles, more work, and a better warranty than that company. The other estimate was a roofer who had replaced two different roofs for a family member; that estimate was somewhat lower than Bumble's because of that history, and my family member had been very happy with his services. It speaks highly of Bumble that I chose them over a contractor who had a great working relationship with a family member.

I chose Bumble because:
--Bumble's initial inspection was the most thorough of the three companies. The foreman who did the inspection (Will) shared his assessment of the roof's condition but didn't push a roof replacement. He struck me as being methodical and honest.
--The owner, David Bitan, was consistently available by phone & email. He addressed every question/request. I felt confident he knew roofing.
--The overall package had a competitive price, a long warranty, and extra little touches on workplan that were attractive.

Once the job started, Bumble's team was outstanding.
--Project manager (Emily) and Director of Production (Jose) were available for questions/issues.
--The crew was fantastic. They arrived like clockwork, were courteous, and took care of details that would have otherwise created work for me. For example, they cleaned up thoroughly every day, and took down/re-installed Ring equipment that was on the roof.
--Bumble had city inspections and paperwork completely under control.
--A foreman came by every day to check on work.
--I'd left my dog with family because roof-work generates nails and debris on the ground. Bumble (IJosé, director of production) offered on their own (I didn't request this!) to do 2 magnetic clean-ups instead of one so my dog could come home over the weekend.
--And importantly, there were two items that the owner and I had agreed upon that I had overlooked when signing the contract. The contract didn't spell these out. When I brought those items to the owner's attention, I was expecting resistance or an attempt to add extra charges as the items involved additional work and materials. The owner didn't quibble at all. His immediate response was, ""no problem. I'll let the office know.""

I rarely write reviews. This company merits the praise. The new roof is beautiful, and more than anything, I appreciated the owner's integrity and the sheer competence of the entire team.

We found Bumble Roofing on google and made the call. They were super responsive and flexible to fit our schedule, and replaced whole roofs and gutters. We are really pleased with our new roof and gutters! We were impressed with the thoroughness of their inspection and quote, and all work process. Bumble did a professional job of stripping the old roof and installing a new roof. They were easy to work with in the estimate process and have a modern approach to connecting with customers. I was given all my options and each was explained over zoom. They quickly delivered us samples of the two colors we were debating. Whole process was smooth and easy.

I am very pleased to have selected Bumble Roofing to install two roofs on two separate buildings. From the moment of contact, everything flowed smoothly. I spoke to an estimator and received a comprehensive bid within 2 days. I also solicited bids from two other vendors. Bumble's price was about in the middle of the other two. I spoke with the estimator again who walked me through the process so I could notify the tenants. All documents and billing were done via email so there was no need to physically be at an office. I was updated by phone on the progress frequently. The techs on the property were very polite and respectful of the property. If you need a new roof, I highly recommend Bumble.

Bumble Roofing has been amazing, I had gotten 3 other quotes from other companies before choosing Bumble, and all the other quotes were much higher and I felt the salespeople were very high pressure and I just wasn't confident. I found Bumble on a Facebook ad of all places and from my first call they were really good. They were honest always answered my questions and came in about $5k less than everyone else. My permit, tear-off, and new install went super fast all done within 5 days. The crews were clean and professional all with very good experience. This is the first time I have ever had to have a roof installed but Bumble helped me every step of the way. I would 100% recommend Bumble to anyone.

Have a roof lead due to corrosion of vent pipes which led to a ceiling drip in house and a steady stream of water. I went on the roof and patched as I could during last rain, but was a rush job and needed it to be addressed by the pros. Jeff (project manager) and Jonathan showed up next day and removed my temp patching and replaced with new (much better) seal. Big thanks, as have been worried about next rain and potential further water damage, but feel totally confident with the work Jeff and Jonathan did in sealing any issues on the roof.
