Highly recommend BulletRoof! From the initial meeting with Casey to the roof going on, everything went smooth. Casey met with the insurance adjuster the day of inspection and was there for every step. They really go out of their way to make the whole process as effortless and seamless as possible. I was even impressed with how well the crew cleaned up after the job. Casey even came back after they left to check for more nails. Cannot say enough good things about these guys. Genuine and solid company. I will be happy to recommend them to anyone!

Harassing marketing phone calls from this company about 10 times a day. They would not stop interrupting me between session with my patients. I've asked them to remove my name on their list numerous times. Not sure where they get my number. This should stop!

Was in a bit of a bind with needing to repair a hole in our roof - Bobby came out on a Sunday and patched the hole just in time before a week of rain. The price was beyond reasonable and I am a fan of the professionalism and response during the process. Highly recommend.

The sales process... in terms of responsiveness, professionalism and knowledge was 5 stars. Employees arrived on time and leveraged the newest technology to speed up the contracting process. They remained engaged from beginning to end. They worked directly with the insurance company to make things easier for me.

I was less impressed with the installers. They did not communicate with me before, during or after. They did not adequately protect our deck and driveway and had to come back later multiple times to clean and repaint.

In the end, they fixed what was not right, but could have prevented it from happening in the first place. So.. mixed feelings.

Also... the new roof does look fantastic.

The crew was very good and Paul was at the work site and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. If you have roofing needs Bullet Roof is the company!! My roof looks GREAT!!!

We had a GREAT experience with BulletROOF! We had damage from a storm, BulletROOF came to our property twice to place tarps while we waited on our insurance company to assess the damage. BulletROOF was instrumental in showing our insurance adjusters (5 of them) exactly why a repair just wouldn't work this time. They were on time for all of their appointments with me (how rare!), they walked us through the entire process of what was to come, the new roof looks awesome and they went above and beyond to care for our outdoor furniture, landscaping and lawn (we are particular about our lawn!). When it was over, the roofers put all the furniture and potted plants back and cleaned up our property way beyond what we were expected. The BulletROOF guys are true PROFESSIONALS. I'm difficult to impress and I am so pleased I used BulletROOF. Mark and his team really go out of their way to earn your business and treat your property as if it was their own.

We are extremely satisfied with our beautiful new roof from Bullet Roof. We worked with Ryan, who is amazing. He led us every step of the way and made the entire process so simple. Ryan was ALWAYS on time, as were all of the people involved in the process. This is an extremely PROFESSIONAL company! Our yard was left in clean shape and none of our landscaping was damaged. We even referred a neighbor to the Bullet Roof process and are excited that he and his family will soon be receiving a new roof. If you are in need of a new roof, call this company. I was given direct contact information for Ryan from a coworker. I contacted him on 9/13 to discuss my concerns with my roof. He told me he could come to my home @ 11:30AM on 9/15. Ryan contacted me @ 11:18AM on 9/15 to confirm my address and to advise he would be on his way. I asked approximately how long and he said, about 30 minutes. It is now 2:30PM on 9/15 and he did not show up, nor has he called. Maybe this is a good company to use, but I won't know due to this incident.
