I just had my roof replaced. It was so simple to do this through BulletRoof. I worked with Tommy and he went above and beyond to make sure things were done right and I was pleased with the experience. Communication was timely and clear, the work was professional and looks fantastic, and things were cleaned up and left as they should be. I've used BulletRoof in 2 different houses now and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof work done.

In the beginning the company's customer service was all good. Once the contract was signed and insurance approved. We were basically waiting and calling without responses until we threatened to back out. It was then that we were put on the schedule. We waited a month to have our roof installed. While my roof is beautiful I am not happy how they left the satellite wire hanging from the roof after removal.

Never done business with this company, but if their
door to door marketing techniques are any reflection of the quality of their work, I won't be calling them when my roof needs repair. Just a few days ago, one of their salesmen approached me in my driveway as I was trying to leave my house with my family. At first he was cordial, even though there are ""No Solociting"" signs all over our neighborhood. He asked me about our roof and I told him our roof was in fine shape as it was only 9 years old. He proceeded to then ""inform me"" that our roof was a recalled Atlas product (which it is not). I kindly told him that our roof was not an Atlas product. (We've actually already had the roof inspected and confirmed this.) He then asked me, in an incredibly condescending and patronizing tone, ""So, you're a roof expert?"" I was not only annoyed that he was harassing me in my driveway, but also by the fact that he chose to interact with me in that way. The guy was a complete tool and I'm convinced he was annoyed that he was called out for his dishonesty by an informed consumer.

Highly recommend BulletRoof! From the initial meeting with Casey to the roof going on, everything went smooth. Casey met with the insurance adjuster the day of inspection and was there for every step. They really go out of their way to make the whole process as effortless and seamless as possible. I was even impressed with how well the crew cleaned up after the job. Casey even came back after they left to check for more nails. Cannot say enough good things about these guys. Genuine and solid company. I will be happy to recommend them to anyone!

Harassing marketing phone calls from this company about 10 times a day. They would not stop interrupting me between session with my patients. I've asked them to remove my name on their list numerous times. Not sure where they get my number. This should stop!

Was in a bit of a bind with needing to repair a hole in our roof - Bobby came out on a Sunday and patched the hole just in time before a week of rain. The price was beyond reasonable and I am a fan of the professionalism and response during the process. Highly recommend.

The sales process... in terms of responsiveness, professionalism and knowledge was 5 stars. Employees arrived on time and leveraged the newest technology to speed up the contracting process. They remained engaged from beginning to end. They worked directly with the insurance company to make things easier for me.

I was less impressed with the installers. They did not communicate with me before, during or after. They did not adequately protect our deck and driveway and had to come back later multiple times to clean and repaint.

In the end, they fixed what was not right, but could have prevented it from happening in the first place. So.. mixed feelings.

Also... the new roof does look fantastic.

Bullet Roof assisted me with obtaining a new roof due to the effects of Hurricane Irma. Paul was my contact person and he assisted me through the entire process. The crew was very good and Paul was at the work site and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. If you have roofing needs Bullet Roof is the company!! My roof looks GREAT!!!

We had a GREAT experience with BulletROOF! We had damage from a storm, BulletROOF came to our property twice to place tarps while we waited on our insurance company to assess the damage. BulletROOF was instrumental in showing our insurance adjusters (5 of them) exactly why a repair just wouldn't work this time. They were on time for all of their appointments with me (how rare!), they walked us through the entire process of what was to come, the new roof looks awesome and they went above and beyond to care for our outdoor furniture, landscaping and lawn (we are particular about our lawn!). When it was over, the roofers put all the furniture and potted plants back and cleaned up our property way beyond what we were expected. The BulletROOF guys are true PROFESSIONALS. I'm difficult to impress and I am so pleased I used BulletROOF. Mark and his team really go out of their way to earn your business and treat your property as if it was their own.
