I had a prior appointment that I waited about 2 weeks for. They did not show up nor call to tell me about a cancellation. I called 2 days later and talked to a main person who said there was an emergency there. That's fine, but it's professional to notify customers in advance even if it's at the last minute -- people understand. There are no excuses unless the physical headquarters burns down along with all the phones. In fact if I hadn't called they'd have completely ignored it all. The guy did not apologize at all.

Great experience with this company. After Giving Jorge my Address, he send a crew for a quick inspection and Estimate. After I gave him the Ok, He send a large crew on the exact date that he scheduled for me. His Crew were very friendly and professional and cleaned all the trash right after they finished the Job. The New Roof looks really nice!! Thank You Jorge For a Great service and always replying to my calls and massages right away.

Needed a covered patio roof replaced that was leaking. Bull Roofing came out and gave a great estimate, which included new gutters. I received 2 other estimates that did not include the gutter which were much higher. Once we selected Bull Roofing, the date was scheduled and their crew arrived on time and got right to work. Thier crew was friendly and very clean. They cleaned up all of the old roofing material. The gutters were installed 2 days later bu another crew, which, again, was friendly and very clean. Great work for a great price.

I recently had an outstanding experience with a roof maintenance task with Bull Roofing. I knew that I have a good and leak-free roof at my house and that all it needs is maintenance work for some slid tiles, crack tiles, vent pipe reseal/repaint, etc... I only requested quotes from 4-star and up roofing contractors for this work. A few roofing contractors were totally non-responsive. One wanted to charge me a fair sum just to come out and inspect my roof. A few came out to inspect and told me that I need thousands of dollars of work on my roof. ONLY Bull Roofing gave me both a free roof inspection and an honest estimate - basically told me only what my roof needed just as I thought and not a gold plated quote like the others. The price was reasonable. The working crew came out earlier in the day than Jorge told me which is a pleasant surprise this day and age, got the work done quickly and professionally with cleaning ups etc... and left my house with a better roof than before. I found that good and honest roofing contractors are hard to find currently. We are fortunate to have such an outstanding roofing contractor in our local area. I will be coming back to this company for any future roofing needs for sure!

I can not say enough about Bull Roofing. I have always had a little leak in my roof since I bought the house. I have had several contractors and roofers come out also to try and find the leak so it can be fixed. No one was ever able to find it so they just went up there fixed what they thought was wrong and it still leaked. Over the past year or so the leak has grown and is over my bed keeping me up at night, and I was sleeping with a bowl when it was forecast to rain. My roommates were giving Bull Roofing number from there client after hearing the stories and the estimates that I was getting. I gave them a call made an appointment. One of his guys came out and within 20 mins on my roof found the leak said it was fixable, but also said I do need a new roof (which I already had that feeling just no money for that). Jorge's crew came out in between storms and fixed my roof. Cleaned up everything you wouldn't even of known they were even there. I had asked if there was any extra material if they could use it to replace some shingles I lost in a wind storm. They did that also my detached garage roof looks brand new now. I was a little scared with this last storm if my room would leak again. I did sleep with a bowl and I am happy to report I was not awaken in the middle of the night with a drippy ceiling. I think I can finally ditch my bowl. I can not say enough about these guys. I have asked for an estimate for a reroof on the house to see if I can get that money together. Bull Roofing fixed my roof something several contractors and roofers couldn't do over the years. THANK YOU I CAN NOT EXPRESS HOW THANKFUL I AM!!!!!

Bad quality of work. The owner never came to check his employees work. Was leaking after 3days. Had to redo the roof.
