I would not recommend this company. They removed the AC units to replace the roof with about a 10 minute notice. I understand this is part of the process but unit owners were not informed in a timely fashion so alternative accommodations couldn't be made. 86 degrees is unacceptable without any information given to us prior to this happening. After 4 days, the AC's were reconnected and working than days later without any notice the AC is out again. Left message with the company, no return call. Called the electrician they used and he said it's the AC guys issue. Basically no one can give me an answer and blame is just shifted from one person to the next. The end result is someone will be there around 10am the following day and speak to them. Poor business!

I had had the roof replaced by Built Right Roofing on a House I recently purchased. Work done was excellent. Getting the warranties for the workmanship and tile have been nothing short of IMPOSSIBLE!!! Every time I call I get the run around. Very unprofessional.
I am a 100% disabled Veteran. It's a shame that I have given so much to be treated this way...

Horrible customer service. Horrible and unsafe clean up. They never came when they said they would. They left screws all over the driveway. The yard and even the children's play area. Lack of responsibility and proper service. The so called customer service coordinator was irrational and irresponsible. I would not recommend.
