Sam Suliman is a very reliable and thorough builder. We hired him to do a contained remodel of our house in Venice. He build a suspended rooftop deck, replaced skylights, exterior stucco work, added/replaced new windows, painting, installation of new exterior doors, lighting electrical and remodeled a bathroom. I really enjoyed working with him. He takes pride in his work and was very transparent with his pricing. Sam is super responsive and stays calm/zen at all times. Thanks Sam!

We bought a new construction home built by Sam and his team in 2018 and when we sold it three years later (had a baby- needed more space) the inspection was the cleanest inspection i and my realtor had ever seen. Literally one small item needed to be fixed and when i called Sam about it, he sent someone out right away at no charge. Because of this, we knew we wanted to use him for the next home we were moving into that needed extensive renovations and repairs. We have already done a few extensive projects on the new house and all the work has been great. His attention to detail and responsiveness is what i value the most. No project left undone, no ghosting, no bait and switch, clear pricing and scheduling, and they always show up when they say they will. A++

We got to know Sam from when he did my parents' home remodel, followed by my grandpa's remodel. When it was time to do extensive remodeling to our new home, guess who we called? We purchased a fixer and needed new electrical, plumbing, flooring, lighting, windows, closets/shelving, and all new bathrooms. The bid we received was fair and detailed. While the construction took longer than we expected, we started this process in the middle of covid and we put in numerous change orders, including new stucco, updating the fireplace, opening up a wall, and installing sheer walls. We really enjoyed working with Octavio (one of the foremen) and Ramon (who was the electrician on our job. He was very efficient and did great work). The cabinet and vanities were done with great workmanship as well.

No construction job is without it's hiccups, including timing, supply chain issues, labor issues, installation issues, etc...but know that if there is EVER an issue, you can contact Sam and he will fix it/make it right. Not only is Sam responsive, he also gives very honest opinions and shares good ideas if he has them. He had some really good ideas for the extra countertop material we had and he was the one who suggested taking out a wall so our living area would be more open concept, and we are SO glad we listened to his suggestions!

My kitchen and bathroom needed remodeling. It was hard finding a contractor but Built Corp Group helped me and worked within my budget. We ended upgrading our kitchen and our bathroom. We ended up installing new floors and new countertops.
My contractor, Sam was very helpful and answered questions and concerns I had during the progress of the project. They help me choose material and colors for both my kitchen and bathroom. They finished in a timely matter and I love my new kitchen and bathroom.
