Don't call anyone else. I did. I called 7 different companies. They all spent 10 minutes or less on my roof (some didn't even go on the roof. They just ran a roof report and couldn't be bothered.) Alex who owns Built2Last came out and spent an hour inspecting my roof and exploring every issue. He took photos and we discussed options. No hard sell. No low-ball quote from a couple of guys that are doing side jobs--and I found that to be common. Professional, clear, transparent business practices, highly responsive. We replaced our roof and it looks amazing. Alex works with his team--hands on--and they are meticulous about how they work, cleaning up, and leaving the house exactly as it was when they arrived. They use a leaf blower at the end of every day to clean up dust and debris. They run a magnet around the entire house to pick up nails, etc. Always on time, always professional. They don't take excessive breaks or waste time. I think we were so fortunate to have found Alex and Built2Last. Oh--and if the roofer you hire says they can start immediately or next week--move along. A good roofing company will schedule you and they're busy, Call Alex and you can relax.

So happy with the communication, quality of work and price that I received from Alex at Built 2 Last. My neighbor used Built 2 Last and I saw the sign out front, needing a new roof myself I gave him a call. He was prompt, met in person to discuss needs and wants, timing and quote. Recently had Alex and his crew replace our roof. It turned out absolutely amazing. We now look around our neighborhood at other roofs and point out how they are not as good as ours. We are roof snobs I guess. The fascia boards were all replaced, primed and painted. Didn't leave a bunch of debris when they left either. They were always on time and super easy to work with.
