Brian came by my residence to see what needed to be fixed and spent a few hours going over everything they would do and what would be needed from me as the owner. He contacted me shortly after leaving from the initial inspection and his team was ready to go and complete everything within a few days. His crew came in, repainted some spots in the garage and practically repainted the entire house inside. Once the painting was completed, he sent in another crew to fix the carpet as well as shampoo and deep clean the carpet. After everything was finished, Brian took the time to contact me to verify everything was complete and to see if anything else needed to be done. I'm extremely grateful and happy Brian was able to get everything done as fast as he and his team did!! He is very personable and understanding, I highly recommend Brian for any of your construction or repair needs!!

I called Build Smart a while back to come look at a crack in our kitchen tile. Jason came out the next morning to take a look and was kind enough to let us know that we should call a foundation company first to come out and if it happened to just be a crack he would walk us through the claims process to get it repaired. We appreciated his honesty, most companies would have just taken our money and tried to give us new flooring. He was very knowledgeable about the claims world and home repairs.

These are the all time worst thieving criminals you could ever have the misfortune of meeting. They are thieving, lying scammers. Do not believe anything they tell you. And most importantly, unless you like to be robbed, lied to, and scammed, do not let them near your property, because they not only will steal your money then fail to provide the services they were contracted & paid to do, but they will also: 1) destroy the parts of the property that had previously been in good condition, then expect you to pay them to fix the damage that that caused, and 2) they will rob you blind and shamelessly steal anything of value that you may own. They were supposed to pack up the contents of my house and take it to storage while they were supposed to be completing some work inside my house. the items I owned that was obviously worth a lot went missing, never arrived at the storage facility. A separate building on my property got broken into. The door was kicked in and my safe was broken into. About $50k of gold jewelry was stolen. Every thing that was on the property, even things that you would not expect, such as my weed eaters,, tools, auto battery charger, prescription meds, etc... Everything and anything that was anywhere on my property got stolen when their ""workers"" were there under the guise of ""working"".
Although they'll lie and claim to have credentials, make lots of great sounding promises, and even sign legal contracts agreeing to keep the promises, theyll require payment up front, and that Will be the worst mistake of your entire life.

I had a water leak underneath the water heater located in the garage. When noticed I immediately researched business on Yelp who could help. When I noticed this company did it all, I contacted them for leak repairs and water damage repair. The same day I called they sent a plumber to review the leak and in one afternoon, he was able to reroute the leak and stop it. Water unfortunately managed to get inside the corner of the living area meaning they had to cut out the wet carpet, dried the carpet with fans and in about 3-4 days, came back out to lay down the new carpet. Impressively all of the furnishings were moved with care in order to lay down the living room carpet. Additionally, with care they, again, put back all of the furnishings in their proper place. No one likes dealing with water leaks at home, but this company made it seamless because they came in, assessed the work, provided the required documents to my insurance company and completed the job in a timely manner. I would recommend BuildSmart for their detailed work and customer service.
