Looks like this is rare at Austin now due to the craziness of the housing market. We discussed every step during the process. I'm happy with the final result and highly recommend them.
Carolyn M.A representative from this company came out on 5/28/21, reviewed my project and took measurements. He said he would get back to me with an estimate the following week. Approximately 2 weeks later I called and left a message inquiring about the estimate. To date, my call has not been returned.
Jean D.They were on time and did measurements for the estimate. I did ask before he left a ballpark questimate for the project. Mr Malcomb said, "" oh probably about $4k . The quote came back in about 5 days at $14K.... FOURTEEN THOUSAND - $10 MORE than his questimate for the job! They are looking for a pay day from a senior citizen...that's what I think. I do understand the price of materials has gone up in the last 8 months or so.... but price gaugeing is not good business!
Stay away!!!
Mr Malcombs response states I had 4 other quotes at his estimate! That is not true. My highest quote was less than $4K
He is looking for a big pay fat! Not from me!
