The absolute WORST in customer service. Repeatedly claim materials were delivered when they were not. Then they delivered to the wrong address multiple times like incompetent fools. Their sales reps and managers couldn't seem to care less because they say they'll fix it and then go MIA. STAY AWAY if you can avoid them because there are competitors of there's with reps and manager who ACTUALLY do what they say they'll do.

Have long lumber in stock at a reasonable price.
Will pull it and set it on your truck for you quickly.
Of high quality.

Con

Have to speak directly with a sales rep to order which sometimes creates an issue when they have really any other work going on.

Fired my brother in law for a tree branch falling on his work truck, claimed it was a wreak to screw him over in future jobs for something he had no control over. A company as unethical to do this will surely screw you over in any deals you do with them, avoid at all costs.
