I, Miguel Garza, the president, possess over 15 years of experience in Roofing, Solar, Battery, and Siding. Co-Owner Edwin Vasquez brings over 10 years of experience in Roofing, Siding, and Solar with Battery. We grew weary of employers cutting corners to save on labor and materials. We founded our company to set ourselves apart from the rest. We aim to fully inform homeowners about the importance of following manufacturer recommendations for material installation and proper waterproofing by all contractors. Joseph A.We hired Builder Construction for a siding project in Portola Valley. Miguel showed up to meet me on the job site and I was very impressed with his attention to detail. After a few weeks of communication we got the projevt going.
Day before start we met on site with both of our leads. We addressed all our concerns and Miguel was able to find stuff we didn't.
During install his team showed up on time, smiles on their face and in good moods. The installers were very professional and knew their trades great. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Every time I showed up on the job site he was there as well managing the project which is unheard of from owners. We were given an estimate completion date of 5 weeks and it was completed in less then 4.
After the project was complete not only was the client extremely happy so was our team. Miguel was now our main contractor to go to when we needed help on Siding, painting, solar and some electrical work.
Cesar V.I have nothing, but positive reviews for Builder and they were beyond my expectation. The last horrible solar company I hired for my previous house didn't reply to my calls and emails after I signed the contract. The Horrible solar company took forever to schedule my city inspection, while it failed . Builder Construction replied to all of my additional questions even after I signed their contract and the solar install was completed. After Builder installed my solar within 2 days, I had my city inspection scheduled and passed. A few months later, my solar software had an update and Builder called me to advise me of the updates. This company is awesome and 5 solid STARS!
