Quick and painless roof installation, team worked efficiently even while it was raining only gripe is, they left some nails and miscellaneous scraps but it was no big deal. They came back and cleaned it up right away , thank you to the project managers for keeping contact

I recently had an estimate done with build pros. Project manager Carlos was sent out and was nice and professional the first day. Second appointment was created to give us a print out estimate although we had already told them we didn't plan on using them at this time. Again, they sent out Carlos to try and negotiate. Once I communicated I had no plans on using their service, it was like I got a completely different person. He became very disrespectful and aggressive. Started saying"" you need to really take care of this (cracks in stucco) "". He also began to insult my house, saying it needed a ton of work done, like yesterday.

They might have convinced me if their project manager wasn't pushy, aggressive and disrespectful. I called to let his superiors know, but didn't receive any apology. Steer clear away!

Build Pros did give us a refund of $1k (our deposit) but it wasn't for the permit incident. It was because they had notified the finance company the project was done a day before they were set to start. They are supposed to do this once the job is fully completed. Our project started in March and they didn't finish til end of June. Horrible service. Note: The install team (sub contractors) were cool and apologized for no one contacting us to let us know they were coming. Yeah that happened too.

I am beyond thrilled with the work BuildPros did on my home! They recently completed both the painting and paving, and the results are outstanding. The painting completely refreshed the look of my house, and the paving has added a beautiful, durable finish to my driveway.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They seem great at first, and as mentioned in other reviews, really persistent callers and canvassers. Once you've signed on the dotted line, however, it's very difficult to get a hold of the project managers and people in production (almost identical to what was described in Anna A's review). Extremely disrespectful of our time-- promises of fixing the work on a certain day and time, and then no one shows up or calls to reschedule. There was also A LOT of upselling. The price of the job ballooned over several months. Be careful with them!

Great company! Had a leak that could have been a bigger issue if these guys didnt came in and fix it. Very fast and professional work, did not over charge. They walked me through everything and what was to be expected. Now we found a life long business if we ever need help with home maintenance.

I'm not removing it. It's true. The women is this household are the home owners. Not the men. There money wasn't paying for the job. You came out 3 times. Same thing every time. We need all parties involved. My mother and I were all the party's involved.
