There are four criteria that I look for when using a contractor; workmanship, reliability, honesty and rates. Build Masters meets and exceeds all of those. Workmanship begins with quality and each employee is a specialist in their craft from plumbing, drywall / paint repair, tile work to electrical, every component was done with precision and expertise.
Additionally, from the top down starting with the project manager, Bob Grenadier, every employee is courteous, professional and honest. As one employee said to me after I complimented him about his work, ""What I try to do is make customers happy"", which seems to the credo of all the employees. I highly recommend Build Masters and look forward to working with them in any future projects.

Just Incredible!
Build Masters was AMAZING! We had a leak that required us to have a new kitchen, floors, walls and ceiling.
From start to finish, they were impeccable - the best in the industry that I have ever seen from quality and knowledge to timing and professionalism. I was amazed how easy, fast and caring they have been - a rare find.
Not a single issue - not one!
They helped us design, choose materials and kept us in the loop with every single thing they did.
We went on to use them for the rest of our home outside our insurance claim and we will recommend them to our family and friends exclusively.
Bob, (our contractor) thank you for taking such good care of us and treating our home as if it was yours ... it doesn't get better than this.

Build Masters is the greatest! We had a leak in our AC that went undetected for a long time so we had to rip up all the floors and redo our entire house since we have continuous flooring and a lot of the dry wall was ripped up. The home was beautiful before but after Bob and his crew came in, it looks even better! They are meticulous but quick and left the home super clean after each day, which we really appreciated. We thought it would have taken months but they were able to complete the job in 2 weeks - absolutely amazing! It also helps that they are very knowledgeable so decisions were that much easier to make! They handled all the insurance adjuster requests, payments, etc.. they are life savers!!

We will miss Bob and his wonderful team (Coco and Alberto) but will definitely see them again since we have a wish list that we'd like to get done. Thanks guys!
