I've heard so many nightmare stories where contractors change price and take months to finish their work... not these guys, they completed everything they said they will do, and did not change the price.. the place looks amazing and usable...

We really enjoyed working with Build Force Remodeling! Everyone was very professional and provided fantastic customer service. Always communicating via call or text. We knew what was happening every step of the way. Our project manager was on-site multiple times. The project went very smooth. They replaced our roof and garage door and it looks beautiful!

From start to finish, they delivered on their promise. Said it would be done within a week, and it was. Helped us out on other things too which was not necessary, and gave good advice others. Timing on certain things was a little everywhere, but overall, we like how its turned out. And cant wait to see how it works for the summer coming up.

I was looking for contractors to remodel a master bathroom and bedroom. Work included removing the roman tub and replacing it with a shower, replacing a double sink vanity and large mirror and installing tile floors in the shower room, vanity area and walk in closet. We also needed a popcorn ceiling and lots of wainscoting to be removed in the bedroom. All the walls had to be patched and mudded several times to achieve the look we wanted. We chose Build Force because Steve's price was reasonable and he was honest about how long it would take. His price included all materials, paint, any permits needed, and all hardware/fixtures. Of course, no remodel is perfect and some of his crew members were messier than others. But if we saw something we didn't like or was not done correctly, Steve sent someone over the next day or even later the same day to resolve the problem. Moreover, Steve did not ask for any money, not even a deposit, until the job was finished and we were happy. I would certainly hire Build Force again if I had another remodel to do and I have already referred him to family members.

In response to the Build Force Remodeling reply to my review.....sigh. The gaslighting it strong with them.

If they respondent had taken the time to read my review, then he would have seen that I cancelled the contract before the work had begun, so there would be no invoice or completed contract in their system.

I was very clear and detailed with my review about the details. The HIS (Home Improvement Salesperson) that came to my home was Yael Rosenbaum. I have attached a short text thread from her, after my visit.

I also included a screenshot showing that she was unlicensed at the time she came to my house and only got licensed as the result of me filing a claim with the California State Contractors Board.

In addition, I have copies of the contract and other paperwork, yet they ""have no record of me"". More lies.

In my initial review, I also included a copy of the letter from the CSLB confirming that BFR had committed violations, so to try and take a stance that you don't know who I am, or have any record of me, is completely nonsensical. Another lie. If this doesn't reinforce to you, what kind of a company they are, then I don't know what will.

I had two jobs done with Build Force Remodeling. They were both performed with speed and professionalism. The price of both projects were also very reasonable given the quality of the work. 10/10, would recommend to friends and family.
