Greetings yelpers, We at Build Force excel in creating and building interior transformations along with new projects, expansions, ADUs, garage conversions, landscape design and driveway concrete. We are a comprehensive white glove service provider, prepared to help customers in choosing at our preferred suppliers with exclusive deals and picking up and delivering all materials to the job site while managing the project from start to finish with a committed project lead. We include design as well as engineering services along with municipal filings as well as plan approvals.
Coming from a construction family, I am no stranger to building sites. Having a lineage of large-scale projects and a father focused on residential builds, I recognized my purpose at a young age. After completing my time in the armed forces along with university, I had the resources to pursue my dreams. After many hours of effort, Build Force was established to ensure enhanced service quality while maintaining communication for our customers without compromising any quality of finishes across the project. Our team delivers a dedicated work team that works exclusively on your specific project to ensure efficient completion, familiar faces plus a white glove service throughout the entire process through our experienced project leads along with vendors for all materials. Dylon V.It has always been very difficult to find good work in South Florida but dealing with Build Force solved that problem. Kolby had great ideas for our floor plan. He suggested alterations that other contractors or ourselves were not able to think of. The job was completed in much quicker fashion than I am used to seeing. He gives realistic timeline expectations and completed our job within the specified time. I will be recommending him to my family and friends all throughout South Florida.

Kolby did a great job securing the permits and helping me with all the shopping at his vendors ( discounts!!). He was also very clear on the scope of work, what our responsibilities were as homeowners and continuously checked in with updates and work schedules. Even though they didn't come in as the lowest bid, you fully feel confident that the job is being done right and that shortcuts aren't being taken. At the end of the day I wanted reputable work not fast and cheap. 5 stars

Jordan B.Working with Kolby and BuildForce was a very smooth process and very well organized. We did a kitchen remodel and 2.5 bathrooms. Kolby took care of all the architectural plans and permits and even helped me get discounts at his vendors that aren't available for standard walk-ins. He has a great eye for design which helped me a lot as I can be very indecisive. The construction came out beautiful and I'm very happy with my open floor plan kitchen and new master and guest bathrooms. Thanks BuildForce!

Always answers FaceTimes when I'm out at showings to explain the true costs, to my clients, in what they want before going under contract. When it's time to get serious, he's always there within 24 hours to give a proper estimate. A true one stop shop that's always able to accommodate client needs in the most professional matter. Did a phenomenal job on my bathroom and we're starting my kitchen in a month or two.
