Buddy's team fixed many roofs in my subdivision after hurricane Ian damaged them. He was prompt and very reasonably priced. He & his team were professional and did a great job. They matched the new shingles perfectly with the 9 year old undamaged shingles.

There was major confusion with the sales office and the scheduler. The salesman promised us the roof would be installed by October 31, 2021. They were supposed to start the roof on November 5, 2021 but we had torrential rain. The roofing company let us know, the truck drivers are union employees and they don't deliver supplies in the rain. The roof wasn't finished until November 10, 2021. The roof needed to be completed by November 8, 2021 so the house would be sold. The delay in the roof delayed closing of the property.

Set up an appointment to have my roof inspected. They can only do Thursday and set up appointments t at 1600 and the guy called me at 1300 cause he messed up his times. Did the estimate left it at my door. Horrible service. No call back to actually go over what I wanted done. Don't waste your time!

Buddy's roofing Tampa bay floriday, had these folks out for a roof leak, John charged $250 and it still leaks, answered at first then couldn't get a hold of him by phone or text. Don't use these unreliable people.

We had our roof installed in December 2013 and felt confident from the words of Buddy Cheaves that we would be very pleased with the workmanship of his company with quality we could trust. We opted to purchase the fungus resistant white shingle, GAF HD Dimensional, to compliment the green marine structure. Our neighbors and visitors often give us praises for the look of the home, which includes the roof.

Now, it is 2019, and the home has weathered heat waves and lots of rain storms to test the strength and quality of your work. I have recently noticed a minor leak in my master bedroom ceiling that aroused my curiosity and caused me to retrieve my contract and folder after we paid in full by check. After I fully investigate the area, I would like to speak with Buddy about the situation.

Roof needed either repair or a new roof. Got a few estimates. I made the decision to just repair for now. knowing full well a new roof would be in the future. Alex Dixon at Buddy's did an excellent job in getting the cost estimates to me. Quicker than other bids, more thorough than other bids. The prices were similar, but Buddy's offered a complete repair. Everything that needed to be done. Roof repair was done in a timely manner. I will call them again for future work.

Buddy's roofing was recommended by various neighbors. After successfully being able to set up an estimation appointment they have been impossible to contact, phone rings and goes to voicemail. I have left messages, did the online 'contact me' form, and even sent a text - nothing. After reading one other review about how they don't answer certain phone numbers that keep calling, I called using another number and they answered. Got the run around about what was going on and was promised another call back later in the day. Nothing.

This company seems to be one of the more unprofessional roofing company's that I have dealt with in my 16 years of being a rental property owner. I had purchased an apartment unit (1 bed/bath 1 story) in April of 2015 and in the inspection the previous owner informed me that the roof had just been replaced in 2014, so the roof would be under warranty for another 4 years. In early June of 2016 we had a large storm that dumped a ton of rain on us and my tenant told me that there was water filling up in his bathroom dome light. I called Buddy's Roofing the next day and left a message explaining the problem. When I didn't receive a call back I called again the next day, and the day after that. Finally on my 4th call a woman answered the phone and I explained who I was. She said she recognized my number since I had called so many times. I asked why no one had the courtesy to return my phone call and she said that she had been in the roofing business for 30 years and this is just how things work. That pissed me off. She said I'd get a phone call from a guy early the next week. I didn't get that phone call. I called again 3 weeks later and left another message telling them how unprofessional and pathetic their company is being that they can't even call a customer back. I told them that I would be filing a complaint on the BBB and any review site I can. My recommendation as a long term property owner who has dealt with many roofing companies is to try looking to someone other than Buddy's Roofing. I can promise that they take your money and then won't call you back when there's a problem.

This company is a wonderful choice. We had a new roof installed back in May 2010. Wouldn't you know it, we started having leaks in September 2015 just past the 5 year warranty. Another company quoted $1000 to repair it. Buddy's roofing still honored the warranty and repaired the problem at no charge. Crystal was very good at educating us about the problem, why it happened and how to keep it from happening in the future. This company has a high moral standard as they don't talk bad about other companies even though they see terrible work done all the time. I definitely recommend them.
