You might receive a decent price for the lack of attention to detail. They tore up my yard with their trailer, my mower now gets stuck everytime I use it. razor blades and dozens of nails in gutter and around house, threatened me with late payment fines if I didn't pay asap. The owner avoids phone calls if you have any issues like mine. DONT recommend unless you want the wrong color shingle/tile installed.
