I paid $7000 in September 2022 for roof repair and coating. It was supposed to be guaranteed for six years. The roof continued to leak. They did come out a few times and didn't charge me, but this last time they won't answer the calls or come out. So I had to pay another roofer, who told me the sealer they used was very thin and inadequate, and told me I was way overcharged.

Had this company out 3 times to repair leaks in my patio roof. Roof is still leaking. Had additional repairs done and paid additional fee for materials and labor on last visit. Had roof inspected by another company and was shown where substandard materials and adhesive were used to complete the job as well as shoddy workmanship.
