Buckhead Roofing has very professional employees from the lady that answered the phone to the sales person to the crew they finished ahead of schedule and someone even went around the house 3 times making sure all the debris and nails were cleaned up! Their pricing was on par too we had 3 other companies come out and give us estimates and 1 company was more expensive and then another company has a 3 month wait time then the other company just never contacted us back!

I called about a quote regarding hurricane damage to a property in Augusta, GA. Guy named Dean came out to give an estimate and was very quick to respond initially. After seeing the property and inspecting the damage, Dean called to say he would have another guy give a second look because of damage to a firewall. Never heard anything back. Waiting for the estimate, I called Dean to see where it was as it had been a few days. He said he would send it over first thing the next day. He did not, until I called (his direct line first, no answer) the Buckhead roofing office and the receptionist put him on the phone. The estimate I finally received had a single dollar amount with no breakdown of line items or scope of work to be addressed. My insurance adjuster basically laughed at it because the estimate was twice the estimated cost from insurance with no explanation as to why. Having been a contractor myself, this looks like pricing out a customer to get rid of or avoid doing the job for other easier possible more lucrative jobs. I get it, I've been there, but never so blatant. Called Dean to let him know o would need an itemized estimate. That was five days ago and I've called a Dean at least 3 times since to hear nothing but excuses and empty promises. Anyways I'm done trying with this company. Totally unprofessional and reception was rude when I called to leave a complaint, so they don't care either. I don't know what company to recommend, but do know which one to avoid. Having read the other posters review I'm glad it didn't work out with Buckhead, maybe it was for the best and I've avoided a scammer. I will never not tell people to avoid this business. I will go out of my way, every time someone mentions roof work, to let them know not to use this business. All Dean had to do was follow through with his word, Deans word is useless. P.S. I've gotten two fully itemized estimates from two other companies in the time that I've been waiting for Dean.

I lost $4,600, this is a Scam and a fake company! DO NOT BE DUMB LIKE I WAS. All the reviews are fake and bought, see how they are all within the same couple months! They move to locations in need of disaster relief and take your money! They will make it seem real, they WILL respond to my review to make it seem like my fault and say they keep notes on what I didn't say but it's all fake to make them seem like the good guys. But if you give them money YOU WONT BE GETTING IT BACK!
On July 16th I had called them to get work done on the house from the hail storm that happened in rock hill SC. They wanted $12,000 up front so they can scam as much as they could out of me, I talked them down to $4,600 to just get some work done, I delivered my check on July 29th, the building had no cars, no people, they made me put the check in the mail box that way I didn't see anyone. After that NOBODY got back to me. As you go through the screenshots of text messages you see they'd wait weeks to respond, didn't answer the phone and NEVER EVER came to my house to start anything. Not a single time and it's now November 13th. They will just transfer you to a new employee to keep you waiting longer as I've talked to over 6 different people. They just give me excuse after excuse and keep delaying it so I asked for a refund once I researched it's a scamming company of over 40 employees with fake names. I am leaving this review to hopefully save you from losing money. I have been trying to get my refund back for about 2 weeks and now they just COMPLETELY IGNORE ME. Their websites and even the pictures on the websites are fake satellite pictures to make it seem like they're local, people and Betterment Business Bureau is all made to look real but it is not it's all FAKE PAYED REVIEWS. I talked to their ""COO"" whose fake name is Chris and said if I take down all the reviews he will refund me because he knows he's scamming people and will lose money with my review. In other words by leaving them up I am saving you from losing money which is costing their business. Please look at all the pictures below. My house is still completely destroyed as you can see the picture is from today the 13th, and I am $4,600 down. I have talked to authorities and local state attorneys to deal with this issue and will be posting this review everywhere I can to try and protect everyone.

And like I said they will respond to make me look bad, they don't want to refund my money, I didn't want my roof done AT ALL FROM THE BEGINNING. I gave a despots down for my siding and that's all. Again they if you want to lose money and get in a fraud then hire them for work, but you will lose your money.

Really satisfied with Buckhead Roofing. One of their sales ladies, Dawn knocked on my door offering a free inspection. I already have my roof under contract with another company but she was very respectful of that and offered help in case it falls through. Love seeing a women, wish she came by first- she was wonderful! I will recommend!

Buckhead roofing came out and checked my roof for free since they were doing my neighbors roof. They were very professional. They told me my roof had some damage but not enough for replacement yet. Dawn said she would come back every 6 months and re-inspect it to be sure I have no problems. She sent photos and I appreciated her honesty!

I had an inspection by Dawn with Buckhead today, lots of damages to my roof but Statefarm denied me. Dawn was absolutely great & thorough! She is getting me an estimate in case I end up having to pay cash.
