Very Concerned.

They seemed professional in the beginning. I signed a contract in December and waited for my April installation. They told me they wouldn't take any money until they were ready to order metal because they were ready to do the job.

They took 50% in January. And since then I have contacted them four times to find out when I'm going to get my roof and I never get an answer.

All emails are ignored. Phone calls either go to voicemail and are unreturned or if I get someone they dont know the answer, say they will check and get back to me. They have never gotten back to me.

Really no excuse for this much dropping of the ball unless there is bad intent.

I'm giving it until Friday and then I am getting the lawyers involved.

Bryant Roofing is amazing. They did my metal roof 3 years ago and it is still performing perfectly. Ray Pack, and his workers, and his office staff are the most knowledgeable, patient, and honest people on the planet. I have called them for little questions since my roof was put on and they STILL take the time to help me, and check out anything I need. Even my neighbors were amazed at the work they did. They clean-up every day with a huge magnet, and the area looks untouched around your yard. (You'll never run over a roofing nail, ruining a tire, if Bryant is doing your job). I got a metal roof that is secure in a storm, and keeps my energy bills low. Bryant was VERY competitive IN PRICE (comparable with a shingle roof) and their work is impeccable. My roof will last 40 years, a shingle roof will definitely need replaced in 10 years. My roof is energy efficient, was priced well within my budget, is performing 3 years later, exactly as they said it would. You will have 0 problems if you use this company.

I can tell you this guy is honest. It is nice that there are honest people left in this world. I had a roof that was leaking. Ray came out to my property to look at my roof. Ray said he specializes in metal roof and can get me the best price since he can cut the metal himself. Ray said his company always offers a warranty with their work. However, the way my roof looked, he could not offer me a warranty therefore he told me exactly what was wrong and said I would be better off hiring somebody else. He said a repair could still give my roof a few more years of life. He did not charge me for the estimate and the free advice. I will hire somebody for now to do a temporary repair, but will use them in a few years when I do get a completely new roof.
