LaDonna B.I hired Brian to do about $60k of work on a property on Alligator Point. I paid the deposit and all installments as requested. There We're a few more items like adding 2 pillings under the house and removing the remaining old seawall on the side of the house. Brian place 1 6x6 board as the support pilling. He also didn't remove the old seawall. He cut it to the sand which left jagged boards for people to get hurt on. He didn't do what was agreed upon. I withheld $3k and spoke to him about the issue which he was supposed to correct but never did. He later told neighbors I didn't pay him and then put a lien on the property. Now I have to spend time and more money in legal action. I would not recommend this contractor and am willing to speak to anyone concerning him to discuss my experienc.
