I have known Bryan for about 5 years, and he has replaced 2 complete roofs for me. Bryan provides a great combination of pricing and quality. His rates are very reasonable compared with other roofing companies, and he does the job right the first time. Both roofs that he has replaced look terrific, and have withstood several years of heavy rains. Bryan is always willing to go out of his way to be helpful and goes the extra mile when you need him.

Excellent communication and quality service! I had a leak in my roof/skylight and called about 30 different roofing companies for help... Bryan called me back quickly and was able to come out the very next day - before anyone else could. We were able to text each other (great communication) and find a good time for him to come by. Bryan was great - he identified the cause of the leak, gave a great price to repair... and then pointed out various other troubling spots on my roof - and patched those up with no extra fee. Great communication, great value, very friendly and extremely reasonable. He will be on my speed dial for any other future issues (fingers crossed)! Thank you Bryan!

Bryan installed 2 solar powered attic fans on our roof, and I am very happy with how everything went. He came when he said he would to quote, and then came when he said he would to do the job. How rare is that? We are very happy with his work and will get him back for any kind of roof work in the future.

Bryan stormed off angrily the day before he was to start replacing the roof on the house we just bought, and refused to perform the job agreed to several weeks before. We will have trouble finding a roofer now before winter's rains. What provoked this? We don't know. We are in our late 60's and have gotten along with workmen always. He seemed to appreciate that we were having a tree taken out from in front of the house but unbelievably thought it would be a heritage ash tree even though I had told him it was the ugly cypress. It left us vulnerable to the rains and feeling terrible.

This is the first review I have ever done for any contractor I have ever hired. Bryan Jacobi Roofing Co did an amazing job on my house. Not only did I get a new roof, and seamless gutters, he also put up my missing fascia boards on the front of my house for a beautiful finished look. Since buying my home 3 years ago, I have had to do a lot of renovations and this contractor is the REAL Deal. He's professional, knows his business, has reasonable prices, and will take you step by step through the process. He handles everything. If you got ISSUES with your roof, CALL him.
