We are a licensed general contracting firm at Brunt & Company Inc. We specialize in both residential and commercial construction. Founded in 1994 and incorporated on July 19, 1997, Brunt & Company is a family-owned business. The sacrifices of the first generation laid the foundation for the fresh perspective of our successors.

Having worked for many years in both South Florida and Maryland, he has collaborated with non-profit organizations and served as a licensed general building contractor. Samuel is a proud graduate of Howard University, earning his BA in '83. He earned a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Baltimore in '85, focusing on Financial Administration. Samuel has been involved in large-scale projects, notably, the 6.5-acre Community Bible Baptist Church Project in Miami, where he was the site developer and general contractor. He secured his general contracting license in 2008 and is taking an online course aimed at earning his PMP Certification. These credentials will help him drive affordable housing initiatives forward.
