First time customer using their service. The ridge shingles on my house were all busted and needed a fix on all those ridges. This is by far the best company when it comes to roofing around the area where I live in. I called them and a couple of days later Bruce stopped by and did the inspection on the roof, then scheduled for the fix to be done.

The project required the roof shingles on the ridges to be replaced which they provided those. They finished the job replacing the ridges for about 3 days and I am very satisfied with it. The pricing they quoted was very reasonable as well. Will definitely use their service again and refer them to whoever in the need to fix their roof.

I called and set up an appt 1 week out. I asked if anything earlier the lady said no. She advise I can look somewhere else and if I find someone else to please call her back to cancel. I left the appt. I called a day before no one answer. On the Appt date, no one showed up.

I had the roof replaced on my house by Bruce Roofing and I couldn't be happier. Shelby showed up right on time to give me the estimate. In addition to the roof I had a few extra things that I wanted done. Shelby gave me a price that was the same or less of what other companies wanted for just doing the roof. And, he was not quoting lower quality materials. He was quoting the same material that the other companies were going to use. His installer, Jesus, did excellent work and would explain to me why certain thinks were done to ensure a quality job. There were a few glitches that occurred but that is typical for a project like this. But, all it took was a call to Shelby and things were immediately resolved. I have another building on the property that will probably need a new roof in a couple of years. This time I'm not going get competitive bids. I'm going straight to Bruce Roofing.

Shelby, the owner, is very professional and honest. When we were young and got our first house though short sale, everything needed to be fix. I shopped around and Shelby came to the house and gave us the most professional bid on a formal proposal with license number on it. His price was very reasonable compared to others. His crew does a great job on what they do. I am a realtor and manage rentals, Shelby is my go to guy on roofing and I recommend him to clients and colleague anytime they need a roofer! Shelby is always very polite and easy going, never heard a bad word out from his mouth yet...

Bruce Roofing just completed my Roof installation and they did an incredible job! Shelby was very responsive even though they are extremely busy right now! The roof looks amazing and I have already referred 2 neighbors who saw my roof and wanted to know who did it. I have had both a professional HVAC guy and Painter comment on what a quality job the installation was. Start to finish it was about a week and it only took that long, because I could not decide which color roof to marry my home to for the next 30-40 years.

I used bruce roofing to install a new ""tpo"" roof on my home in Claremont. Initially I was referred to him by my realtor, and he came out to do an inspection. He told me that he can fix the leaks we knew about for a certain price, and I went with it. The next rain storm revealed about 10 different leak areas all over my home, and with new stucco, I had to resolve the roof problem some how. So I called up two other roofers in the area to get quotes to replace the roof, and Bruce's quote was about 3 thousand dollars cheaper. I verified that he was going to do the same work, with the same thickness of material, and using the same manufacturer. Sure enough, the roof came out looking just perfect, it has not leaked one bit, and I really appreciate the consideration he took knowing that I had already paid a lot to fix the leaks based on his inspection. In all, he is an honest business man, a great guy to talk to, and has the best team of workers I have seen in a construction company. Thank you Bruce!
