My roofing career started on December 13, 1996, and I soon found joy in the complexities of the work. The satisfaction of completing tasks, from dry-rot repairs to preparing roof decks and installing waterproof materials, brings me immense joy. I earned multiple promotions while employed at various roofing firms. Eventually, I desired more control over the business operations, from administration to estimating and installation. When I realized that was not an option, I chose to start Brubaker's Roofing. Since then, my satisfaction and happiness have only grown. Being a sole proprietor with just one employee is a role I cherish and wouldn’t swap for anything else.
