I entered the roofing industry on December 13, 1996, and fell in love with the nuances of the craft. I take great pleasure in finishing tasks, whether it’s repairing dry rot, preparing roof decks, or installing waterproof roofing products. Throughout my time working for various roofing companies, I received numerous promotions. However, I eventually sought greater responsibilities and a voice in all aspects of the business, including administration, estimating, installation, and carpentry. Seeing that opportunity was lacking, I made the decision to launch Brubaker's Roofing. Since then, I have never felt more fulfilled or content. Being a sole proprietor with just one employee is a role I cherish and wouldn’t swap for anything else.
